This company was hired by our reunion committee to cater for our picnic during the Shaw High School All Class Reunion. The vendor was late arriving and stated she didn’t know where to go. She was supposed to be set up and ready to serve no later than 12pm which was the start time of our event. After waiting for 3 hours we were lined up to take orders for food as if we did not pay for pans of food in advance which the owner promised would be separate from the food she was selling. When we asked what was the menu we’d be ordering from the owner was upset because she too busy trying to set up her cash register. After orders were taken, for food we had already purchased, we still had to wait because the food was cold and the burgers and hotdogs had not even been cooked yet. When we were finally served our “to go order” the quality of the food was bad and it’s nothing that we are used to. We have this picnic every year and could have easily made better food ourselves. Several people didn’t even eat because they didn’t want to continue to wait or they had already sold the food. They sold food to other patrons from the pans of food we paid for. So this company was paid twice for food that wasn’t even supposed to be for sale. This company was completely unprofessional and will NEVER be hired for any event we have in the future. When the owner was contacted for a refund her solution was to offer more bad food to our in state classmates or to do a better job next time as if we will ever hire them again. This does not rectify the situation at all and does not satisfy our out of town guests at all. It is evident that catering is not what they do!!! If they are short order cooks they should remain just that!!! Their attitudes towards us were horrible. Everything about this company says unprofessional!!! We Do Not...

2nd time ordering here , first time I ordered pork chop dinner and they gave me a rib dinner . Once I got home didn’t wanna go back rib dinner was cold flavor wise it was good. Today I ordered price on door 18$ called in 25$. I was expecting crispy: pork chops wet and soggy like the grease wasn’t hot enough or something- the pork chops looked wet upon good flavor just wet and soggy . It’s like a smothered pork chop with no gravy. I am.Once in the car I open the container to be disappointed, maybe I shouldn’t be eating pork anyway, maybe let ‘em know make it crispy not wet . Was it dipped in water idk they were good just wet , gave my mouth mixed signals ——- once again the food was good, I didn’t order door dash I called it in . I walked in and I waited 15 mins before I got there. My order still wasn’t ready. Once it was given to me , I rushed to your parking lot took a bite it was every bit of soggy, you in denial next time just make sure it’s crispy, yo grease wasn’t hot enough or something but it was seasoned to perfection I wouldn’t lie to you. You really don’t be paying attention you be having long conversations with customers messing the orders up other than that’s your food is good...

My organization used this restaurant to cater an event for us at a park. The agreement was to cook and serve food to our group. At the time they were supposed to be done, they hadn't even started grilling. Then when they said they were ready, no food was set out and they were taking orders for our food instead of just setting it out buffet style. They then sold plates to others at the park from the food they were supposed to have sat aside for my group. It was a complete disaster and utterly unprofessional. On top of that, the food was subpar. The greens were not seasoned at all, the green beans were extremely salty, the ribs were dry, and the hotdogs and hamburgers were average at best. Members of my organization tried to seek some compensation for the terrible catering service and all we were offered was for those who paid for the event to come by the restaurant for a free meal. That is completely unacceptable. This is not a good look for any business and we will not be using them for any future events. I suggest the same for others looking to have them cater...
