short girl with with glasses and curly hair is the rudest person I've ever seen in fast food! walked in and was told rudely I can't help you go to the next register. no big deal we moved and ordered then once my 10 YEAR OLD SONS order was ready, she asked if thats what we ordered and we said yes. she dropped the bag a foot onto the counter as my son was reaching for it and turned around and walked away. I've gone to this location since they had taco johns in here weekly and will never go back with how rude this girl was to my 10 year old son. There is no excuse and she definitely shouldn't have a job in customer service! We all know nothing will get done because thats how the owners have always been, and unlike other food industry locations that actually reach out to you, these owners could care less as long as their pockets are...

This place is notorious for extremely slow service. I get it, it's hard to get good help sometimes. But I waited in line today for twenty minutes, unable to leave because it is curbed and lined with trees and shrubs. Everyone had to order at the window as the speaker was broken and they had everyone just sit at the window until their order was ready instead of asking them to pull up and wait off to the side. I only had two people in front of me and when I finally got to the window I was told I would need to wait an additional 15+ minutes for a $10 chicken basket. I said no thanks and left. I have finally learned my lesson, I'll go hungry rather than try this place again, I'm done! Would give zero stars if able, this is not a one-time isolated...

Bathrooms were clean and the two young women working there this evening were polite despite us coming in 15 minutes before closing. Yes. We apologized for being "those guys." I'd suggest not cooking so many fries ahead of time. They were lukewarm at best. The burger and chicken strips were fresh so it's just off-putting that the fries weren't the same. Also, I'd recommend thinking about what they say out loud in their personal conversations.
