Annandale Family Deli — Restaurant in Clinton Township

So there have been multiple occasions they get my pick up order wrong but when I call and let them they are apologetic and offer to remake the item right away or get a free replacement another day. Well I guess because I point the "wrongness" too much, they decided to charge me a reduced price to remake my order. Then I find out that the cook insisted bacon was in my wrap chopped up. I don't eat half of the wrap because I didn't enjoy it without the bacon and left it in my fridge. I went so far as to drive back to my house and bring the bacon-less wrap back to the store, just to have an employee dig thru the cold wrap to tell me to my face she sees bacon. WHERE!!! WTH - I told her to eat it because there is NO WAY she should taste the invisible bacon bits she claimed to see. I actually still recommend this place because the food and bagels are DELICIOUS, but I will not be back. Was a very good place. Outstanding food. But a bunch of high school students now working and they need to be managed better. Was out on hold, for 7 minutes. I called back and the girl didn’t even realize she had me on hold. Called in an order, was told 10 to 15 minutes. I got there within 12 minutes. They told me twice order will be right out. Two people came in while I was there and verbally ordered and received there sandwiches before me. ( I ordered two small cold subs) I ended up waiting almost 25 minutes. Amazing deli! My boyfriend and I were going to Round Valley Reservoir Kayaking. We got the best breakfast sandwiches! IWe ordered a roast beef sub to split while we were on the water. The quality is top notch. Roast beef was fresh melt in your mouth. Not chewy like cheap roast beef. Their baked goods are bakery fresh. Im a ny Er and their bagels were great!
