EVERY single time we order food it is incorrect. I always order online. We only order every few months and our order is NEVER right. Although the service is always great, I just can’t understand what is going on. I understand a mistake every once in a while, but not every time. Maybe someone there has a problem with us. Spotless, well organized, good variety, and welcoming. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. First visit, in a rush to find breakfast to go at almost 10am. Was shown around the store and given a menu - a great selection, including soups. As good as the breakfast biscuits looked, I chose not to try to eat one in the car. I will be back. Happy hour is great, great ice cream,but witnessing an employee correct another employee in front of customers is unprofessional,and after that tell that employee to help you and when you ask for some assistance all three employees look for that item then instead of tell you that item isn't available they go about other tasks...
