This is probably the fourth time in my life I've eaten at this Domino's. There's a reason for that. Every now and again I get really desperate and I have to pick up quick food. And three out of the four times I've been here. My order has been subpar or even more mid than you would expect from a Domino's Pizza? Because it kind of feels like most Domino's Pizza chains have upped their game, except for this one. Like this is the Domino's Pizza. I remember eating in the '90s and thinking Domino's wasn't real pizza and it was disgusting and it tasted like Chuck-E-Cheese. I don't have that experience at other Domino's. And when I once had such a terrible experience that like everything on my pizza was charred, and yet they were cold, even though I picked them up within 20 minutes of placing my order which had an estimated wait time of 15 minutes, and I called the store, I got the most insane runaround I have ever dealt with, I ended up talking to a regional manager who promised to refund it to me and replace the pizzas, I didn't really need a replacement for the pizzas, but oh well. I figured I would take them. I showed up for my refund, and the store manager was frantic and angry and refused to give me the certificates that were left with my name on them in the safe? And just kept saying he would remake the pizzas and I explained to him that I had only picked up pizza cuz I had guests over. And he said fine. I'll give you vouchers for those exact same pizzas.
.... Bro I'm going to have different guests over. It was honestly over 20 minutes of arguing, which went against the franchises policies, the franchise owner/regional manager, he was literally holding the certificates in his hand that had my name on them but refused to give them to me and said that because they couldn't make change and I would have to spend the whole $10 of each cert, each time, he "didn't like giving them out".
That was a straight-up nightmare, and I stayed away from this Domino for like a year afterwards because he was super confrontational with me and getting way too close and in my face and I just kept trying to explain to him that I did want the refund and the vouchers for the replacement pizzas. But I was not going to replace the pizzas that day cuz I wasn't going to eat two whole pizzas on my own? And I kept referencing the conversation I had had with either the franchise owner or the regional manager. I can't remember which at this point, and he kept saying that. Yes that is what he said and yes that is what I was promised but that just wasn't what he was going to do? He wanted to remake the pizzas for me right then instead of giving me the certificates and I guess just I was Sol on the refund? Until finally he demanded my receipt, which I didn't have on me at the time because it was a digital order. So the only receipt that came with it was stuffed in the pizza box and covered in grease and I had tossed it, so I pulled up the receipt from my phone and he got exasperated and said why don't you have a physical one? He eventually stormed away from my car where he had been aggressively leaning into my window, went into the store, got me $20 out of the register and just kind of chucked it at me? And then I left because I was so stressed I couldn't handle the situation.
This most recent time I picked up two pizzas, and once again they were Chuck E. Cheese pizzas. Like it was truly sad. They were paper thin, they were super crunchy? (I don't like thin crust pizzas and I specifically did not order thin crust pizza, it is an option, I did not choose it) The combined volume of both of the toppings on the two topping pizza made up approximately two and a half mushrooms and 10 slices of onion. On two pizzas. No, they were not small pizzas. And it was all so greasy. It was a nightmare. I will say that I've never had much problem with the people at the takeout window.
... But yikes.
I have friends in New York and we always joke about Domino's being the Taco Bell of pizza places, And this Domino's doesn't even meet...

I sat there an waited thinking they would come back but nope ! Eventually someone opened the window an asked if someone had helped me well of course but I was waiting for the REST OF MY ORDER THAT I PAID FOR. Now tonight the second time ordering which was a pepperoni pizza a cheese pizza and wings and a coca cola with some cinnamon twits an garlic knots. I ordered all of that online and there was no options to ask for extra well done wings so I decided to call and tell them. I call first of all the number that is on google maps is wrong !! So had to go through the app to find it !! But I called an this girl told me i didn't order wings I said yes I did she repeated the order back but saying everything else BUT my 14 piece wings so I told her to wait I put her on speaker went into my email to look at my online receipt and while I was doing that her an some Male were having a convo saying she didnt know what the heck I was doing or what I wanted and she repeated my order and was like something about wings i dont know and then click. Literally hanged up on me while I was telling her I found it and if she was ready. RUDE RUDE RUDE. I call back though 2 mins from this store and sure enough she picks the phone up I couldnt catch her name because she talks so damn low but I tell her hey !!! Its me again by the way THANKS FOR HANGING UP ON ME. She then replies oh I'm sorry like whatever but I explain to her of what was on my receipt an that I was right !!! She then goes ohhhhhh now I see it ....
How dumb does someone gotta be to read a damn list. I'm not sure. I use to work as a server an phone girl at a pizza place and it was easy to read and understand. I'm not sure if this girl just didnt care or wanted to make it more complicated than it truly was but she should NOT be answering an taking order on the phone.
I spoke to the manager she said she didnt tolerate it any but I also waited with 4 cars behind me in like for about 10 mins before someone came an asked if I was helped ONLY because the delivery driver forgot someone's pizza inside !!!!!! Yep. That's how it went. With the last management crew I never had an issue but now it's like they dont know what they are doing they looked like they where running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Oh an my order was wrong I got two cheese pizzas that went even hot or warm. Definitely thumbs down. I wish we had papa johns...

Then the girl act like she didn't know what she was talkin be rude. She put the phone down for someone else to get it. They picked it up then hung up. I called back twice and wouldn't answer. I talked to a guy the second time who put the manger on the phone whom was totally rude. I ordered my food at 6:40 and didn't get it till 7:55. I called cause my food havent came and the manger were still rude. I expained that i had called the corporate office. And the manger said go ahead. I had a horrible experience wit them. To top it off my food was barely warm. Then they had the nerve to charge me $32. They would give me my money back even tjo they were rude, poor customer service, and my food was over a 1hr late.
