Every time we try to go to this sonic in Clinton,La the mobile app never works when it comes to using the "deals", it let's you add everything to cart, apply the discounts, once you click checkout, it then proceeds to listen each item one at a time and say "unavailable", see pictures attached. In previous situations, we have pressed the order button on the sign and told them it wasn't working. If your ordering a large diet coke, they may say, you have to get a "route 44 or a medium". Never have this problem at any other franchise location. You would think management or the employees would try to have this resolved, and discuss the matter with the franchise owner, rather than losing business/customers. Placed an order waited 35mins for an ice cream cone with no top (even with the cone), mozzarella sticks, & 2 coconut slushys with nerds, never received order. Had to push button twice to inquire about my order until someone came to my car - once she did, I repeated what I ordered for the 4th time while cutting me off she proceeded to tell they don't even do ice cream cones and that the girl who took my order is new. Even though when I placed my orginal order she stopped to ask someone about it and even asked me if I wanted it in a cone or a cup.
