Jarrritos Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Clintonville

Place is way to small...no room to even get to the bathroom. People sitting right In front of the doors. Getting hit by their front door by everyone who came in. My daughter was getting knocked over by people pushing through...no excuse me nothing! My daughter is 27 and a bigger woman just barreled through push her and her chair almost all the way over.The food was very low quality. I've been to Mexican restaurants before and their food here is so bland. I believe they are really into their drink menu than food. I was really expecting high quality food coming from a actual Mexican restaurant. And their sign 'if you don't like waiting for good food find a McDonald' you know what McDonald's have better food than this place. No one asked if we needed anything and expected a tip?!?! Waste of time and money unless you want to drink.i can't believe that the health inspector hasn't been there. Seen multi fire, safety and other...

I recently had a terrible experience. We put in our drink order, got them, and our food order wasn't taken. So we started sipping our drinks and they were way too strong for our liking (which can easily happen). So my friend politely asked the owner if he could dilute them for us and he refused. So we're continuing to sit and wait...20 minutes go by. We're not checked on, and our food order was never taken. The staff was continually taking phone orders when they had a full restaurant of customers. This isn't the first bad experience I've had there either. I've let it go up until now because it wasn't too bad. But refusing to dilute a drink or even make a new one is ridiculous. And we weren't even asking for a new one! We just wanted it to not be as strong. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because their food is...

Just left..the food was GREAT..the service FRIENDLY and the young lady was SO NICE...the bartender made an amazing strawberry margarita.....chips( nice and warm chips, by the way)and salsa were on the table as soon as she introduced herself..decent prices...LARGE portions.....it has a small dining area and bar, but,, who cares..it has great food and drinks and servers!!! From the outside it looks like a ranch house/bar..but don't let that fool ya!! You won't be disappointed if you like Mexican food...
