Stopped into see if I could bring my dog on the patio they said no so we went back to the hotel and ordered delivery. The lady I talked to on the phone said 35-40 minutes which was perfect. (my hotel was 4 minutes away) 45-50 minutes pass so I call them and the lady said they just came out of the over he will be there in 10-15 more minutes I say “ok” wait 15 minutes and go down to the lobby. 20+ minutes later I call again and she hands me to the manager or whoever his name is mike who says “they are just coming out of the oven” I said “why was I lied too? She said 35-40 minutes!” Mike says “I dont know. We are backed up” which I get I’ve worked in a pizza place that was busy. But I would have came and got it! I told them they had 5 minutes or I wanted a refund and I’d go to Pizza Hut. 8 minutes later the pizza arrives and was COLD! Moral of the story get Pizza Hut. Unless you’re in Duluth and go to a actual Sammy’s!!!
