Restaurante Los Pinos — Restaurant in Coamo

My first visit was 2/27/2025. I've been to many restaurants in Puerto Rico and this is one of the best. I ordered the pechuga rellena con manchego y chorizo con tostones de pana. My wife had the costillas san louis 1/2 rack con risotto regular. We both had some house sangria. The prices were very reasonable and the food was fantastic. This place is probably going to be getting a lot of my retirement funds 😆. We arrived early on Thursday (5pm) and there were plenty of tables open. They also have a good parking area, so bring your big pickup truck. The waitress was great and we had a nice conversation with Johnnie Jr.

We visited on Friday 3/14/2025. I had the New York Steak with salsa de mantequilla y ajo and arroz mamposteao con gandules. My wife had the filete de salmón (not sure of the salsa) y majado de malanga. She also ordered risotto de longaniza to go. Pictures attached. Everything...

This place is located alongside PR 150 13.0km in the town of Coamo,Puerto Rico. From the moment we arrived at the restaurant, the service was exceptional. We ordered a delicious chorizo in wine sauce as an appetizer, and for the main course, an outstanding osso buco with longaniza risotto without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had!
