Went here a while back looking for a different place to get lunch. Not knowing anything about it myself, I chose it based on the many other good reviews I saw online. Well, it is now my go to place for Mexican food. I have yet to have something that wasn't good tasting. Probably the best jumping off point for someone unsure of what to get would be the chimichangas. Like most of their other foods, you can get it with your choice of several meats, including chicken, pork, steak, and my favorite; chorizo (adds just enough spiciness without going overboard). This is what I would consider the most authentic Mexican food place I've visited. You can really expand your taste palette here, and challenge yourself to try some different things if you want. We went twice. The first time, had the Tampiquena platter. Enchiladas had no cheese (maybe it’s a regional thing), meat was tasty but very thin, paper thin & dry. Great flavor but a better cut of meat & maybe some brining might be in order. Second time, went on a Sunday when they have their outdoor taco stand. Ate inside, pastor platter. The beans were great, rice was outstanding. Excellent value. Salsa amazing. Chips fresh. Best El Pastor anywhere. We’ve eaten pastor dozens & dozens (& dozens more!) of times here & in Mexico & wow, Alquisiras Pastor is truly incredible. Update on my review, again amazing with the food here we got 35 tacos for a party and every single taco was delicious, she even threw in a order of chips and salsa....best service and best food around....they can do it all here

This place is awesome, best Mexican food around no question about it, I used to live on the west coast and def know my Mexican food. No one does it better than here.
