Good stopping point for good food and friendly atmosphere. I had the breaded tenderloin and coleslaw. Tenderloin was very good. Nice thickness and good flavor. Some places beat the tenderloin paper thin and then tout, it's as big as your plate. This was nicely done without overdoing anything. Added most of the typical goodies...tomato, pickle, onion and mayo. Creamy coleslaw and chips to close it out. My mother got the BBQ and said it was also very good. She typically doesn't eat everything on the plate. This time was different finishing off the BBQ and coleslaw. Good menu for a small hometown restaurant. Next time I hope to time it such that I'd stop in for breakfast. If I lived local, I'd be stopping for coffee and breakfast weekly and sit at one of the sidewalk tables.
