Cashier INFANIA is very rude. I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit sub the round egg. I was charged for each individual piece (the biscuit, egg and round egg) when I went to ask INFANIA if she could explain,, before I could speak she started yelling at me, "MA'AM I KNOW WHAT IM DOING!". I didn't want to speak to her and asked for the manager ADRIAN JAHOOR. He told me thats the cheapest way to ring it up, but if you claim its not on the menu what are you comparing the price to in order to say its cheaper. I told him it is on the menu and it's on the 2nd screen for breakfast. I know this because another employee took the time to find it and gave me the info. He took a picture of the cash register and showed me....I told him I'm not looking for it...he should know. So he told me, NO ITS NOT! " I order it every morning for breakfast for the last 15 years or more. It is definitely a menu item. He argued with me....I didn't want to go back and forth and decided to just call the number on my receipt and file a complaint. At this point its not a matter of my order being rung up wrong....but at the fact the manager AND cashier were RUDE! I have seen Adrian on other occasions on my visits and he is rude to other customers, this is not the "McDonald's" standards. My family and I come everyday sometimes twice a day to eat.    Read moreWent to this Mcdonald's one morning and was the only customer there and no one even acknowledged me after glancing in my direction. I wait patiently for a while then finally I said good morning and the young lady working the counter eventually made her way over. I began to order and she walks off mid sentence and starts making a coffee which she then hands off to another customer that just walked up as he gets his card out to pay I said" seriously?" and she takes my order. As I'm waiting for my order I can see the lady making it wrong "because I ordered extra cheese and tell the manager thats standing two feet from the lady to tell her put extra cheese. He looks at me as I repeat it to him about three times and says nothing to the lady while she wraps it up then he hands it back. Tells me he was too busy to tell her at the time while he was literally looking at me and doing nothing. Then he tells me its the lady up front thats supposed to tell them. Like he couldn't just say something...the manager😒 " I ask for ketchup and the lady leans around me and goes "hows your coffee" to some other person. I wave my hand to double check if I was invisible. I asked was this a joke?At this point I became irritated. She asks how many and put the bin on the counter so she did hear me and was just being weird. Horrible customer service.People like this drive...
   Read moreThere is a manger there. An overweight woman that works nights. I came in and asked for a milkshake. Half chocolate and half vanilla. The cashier asked her if they could do it and she said no without even looking at me. I had just bought 30$ worth of food and came back in for the shake. I asked why not they only have to pour half of one then pull the handle to pour the other half of the other flavor. She ignored me and walked away and when I asked again she said no we don’t do that. She was dismissive and nasty tempered and was rude to the employees as well. This is the kind of customer service you get when you spend money why hard earned at this location. I get this shake all the time and never had someone say no before. Wendy’s does it all day with a smile. I think the regional VP and market partners can take a lesson from the managers at other locations and Wendy’s. Maybe spend a little less time golfing and a little more time training this lazy manager on more hospitality and less eating the inventory. Just sayin..... she looks like she has 20 half and half shakes a day.
