The Cody Hub — Restaurant in Cody

I have been exploring America in an old RV for 8+ years, and this is one of my favorite restaurants to revisit!

Cody is a small village in the Sand Hills of Nebraska, and Cody's Husker Hub is its hidden gem.

It is the community hub, usually filled with ranchers who are happy to answer any questions you have - the locals are friendly.

The food is fantastic.  Good prices, portions, and delicious.   Nebraska beef is tasty, so have a ribeye (they know how to cook them.) Chicken-fried steak is their Wednesday special, and one of the best.  Their triple-bacon burger is unique, with three types of bacon.  Their pork fritter sandwich is 100% yummy.

Their full bar is a pleasure to sit at and watch...

If they don't know how to make a drink they are willing to learn and always do an excellent job. They are flexible, fun, and always have a joke or a smile to offer. Food is amazing! And the really cool part is that if you need something and they aren't open all you have to do is call the owners and they will usually come and get you...

I had the special: salad, pasta salad, beet root, cottage cheese, beef enchiladas for $12. Delicious! Hubby got the burger, half pounder, with shoulder bacon, BBQ sauce, onion rings, tots, root beer. Dessert was 2 homemade coconut cakes, 3 chocolate cookies. The bill was $38 with the tip. Friendly staff...
