I would leave 0 stars if it was possible. And I'm really looking forward to the owner commenting back about how it's not his staffs fault we were not pleased with the experience that we had....
So, my husband and I decide to go out to dinner. He works out of town for a month at a time, and I had just recently gotten a new job. He had 1 night at home, so we decided to go out somewhere nice that we hadn't been before...
We decided on 315... Bad mistake. When we got there we waited 10 minutes to be seated, on a THURSDAY night none the less. There was no one inside eating and a few tables outside with people at them. Finally got seated, and tried to order cocktails we were told no bc only our server could. That is fine, most restaurants are that way... But waiting another 15 minutes for her to come take our drink order is a little much, especially when your not that busy. Got our drinks ordered finally, and tried to order some tapas... They were out of 85% of the tapas menu. So again were having to wait longer bc everything that we want to try isn't available. How are you out of this much on a Thursday evening at 7pm?? Poor kitchen management is how. So we decided on the calamari. Not the best choice for us personally bc it was grilled. So we asked the waitress if we could get something different. Us not liking it is totally on us and that's fine. Ended up ordering a crab cake and some type of chicken that was cooled in said on top of lettuce. Was ok tasting. It wasn't terrible bc we ate it (we were also starving at this point), but wasn't worth the $12 or $13 for each dish IMO. Also finally got our drinks after about 15 minutes as well. We decided to order a bottle of wine when our cocktails came bc of how long it took for the cocktails. To our surprise it came out extremely quick, the wine was delicious (honestly the only thing I'd ever go back there for, except the fact that they charged us $44 for a bottle that I found at total wine for $11.) I get having a markup, but that much is ridiculous to me. Completely fooled us into believing we were getting a nicer bottle of wine than we were, but that seems how the entire night was. We finished our appetizers and had to wait 10-15 minutes just to be able to order our entrees. Ordered our entrees, husband got steak that came with potatoes and veggies, I got chicken pasta... After about a 30-40 minute wait our food(ended up getting another bottle of the same wine, bc as stated before we liked it. More just upset with price of it.) our dishes FINALLY came out. Husband's steak was one of the tiniest I've ever seen come out of a restaurant. Literally I have cooked in really nice kitchens and have never seen them serve a steak that tiny. My pasta was ok, the noodles weren't cooked all the way, and it just tasted kinda bland. Husband ate his entire plate and was still hungry so I shared my food with him. He said that it was ok also, like wasn't garbage but didn't give his taste buds that umami flavor. Ended up ordering a piece of cheesecake for dessert, and it was good. After we were finished we ended up spending before a tip (yes I left a tip) just over $170.
All in all, we just felt it was really over priced mediocre food with mediocre service. Definitely wasn't worth the money for us. I'm not afraid to spend money for a nice meal out. I don't like spending a lot though and be disgruntled at the end...

Within this realm of gustatory wonder, I was greeted with unparalleled warmth by the virtuous manager, Tally, and the winsome hostess, Aspen, whose grace and hospitality did verily make me feel akin to a noble guest in their own hallowed abode.

As I settled into my seat, anticipation coursed through my veins, for I had heard tell of the gastronomic marvels this establishment offered. I entreated the servers with humble supplication to usher forth the pièce de résistance, the Honey BBQ chicken, and the garden salad, that mine appetite might be satiated by these culinary delights.
And lo, when the dishes arrived, my eyes beheld a sight to make even the gods weep with envy. The Honey BBQ chicken, tender and succulent, seemed to have been kissed by the flames of ambrosia itself, and the sweet-savory flavors danced a merry jig upon my tongue. The garden salad, a verdant symphony of freshness, was an ode to the bounty of nature, with each bite bestowing an explosion of flavors that harmonized in exquisite unison.
Yet, the true magic of this repast lay not merely in the culinary prowess but in the spirit of fellowship fostered by Tally and Aspen. They moved amongst the diners with the elegance of courtiers and the warmth of kin, attending to every whim with a gracious smile, ensuring none felt aught but exalted in this culinary haven.
Thus, as the eve wore on, and the last vestiges of sunlight kissed the horizon, I found myself immersed in the mirthful revelry of 315 Cuisine, where the ambrosial fare and the embrace of hospitality did weave a tapestry of memories, destined to linger in my heart for epochs to come.

Read moreUnfortunately, I am leaving my first bad review… My mom and I came here for dinner as a girls date and we wanted to try some place new. We got seated outside and there was only one other table out there. We had not been greeted by our server for 15 minutes, as somebody who also serves I am usually pretty graceful but this tops it for the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. I didn’t mind spending high prices for nice service and good food, but unfortunately this place didn’t offer either of those. The host was kind and got us waters, but after people started getting sat and we finally ordered our food after waiting on our server for 30 minutes. My mom and I ran out of water. We asked another server to refill our waters and another 15 minutes goes by, that server finally comes out, fills up every single tables water (who weren’t even empty) and fills my personal cup up and spills water all over my feet, skips my mom, goes to another table, and fills my mom’s cup last and only fills it half way because the pitcher is just ice now and never came back to finish the job…
Now after waiting for our appetizer (the bang bang cauliflower) for 45 minutes! Even more time goes by and we haven’t seen our server since she took our order almost 50 minutes ago… she finally comes to us to say our food is hopefully coming out soon, we explain that we are pretty displeased with the service and food with how much we are expected to pay and it not being worth it.. she apologized and was pretty sincere and about 15 minutes later our food comes out. The portions were small and the food was pretty bland. She did not charge us for the food because she understood that we were disappointed with the food, service, and wait times. A different waitress offered us free dessert instead and seemingly didn’t want us to get out without paying for our food. (Our goal wasn’t to leave with free food and we didn’t mind paying at all) but for that service the least they could do was just let us go. Our original server came back and let us leave on the house, and sadly we will never come back or recommend this type of...
