I’m sad to write this. Typically this location has always had the BEST service. I would even drive to this one vs the Hayden/Prairie location. However, recently the service just strait plummeted! The late night crew used to be fun and happy- (That worked the drive thru line) Now there is a female that is RUDE. She cuts you off immediately when you are trying to order. I thought it was a fluke maybe since one day it was a rush with a line of cars - but I got her again the next day…. and no cars were in line and she did the same thing. My co workers even said they had her yesterday (Tuesday) around 3pm and they couldn’t believe the person who kept cutting them off trying to order? I don’t know what happened. But you can’t even get your order in without her stopping you from talking and interrupting. I get it if I was slow to order?? But I didn’t even take a breath. It really ruins the whole experience and then you just want to drive off. Then to top it off you get to the window to pay and she goes just as fast and doesn’t say a word at the window. Read moreI wanted to get my wife a milkshake since she was having a down day. I drive to the Hayden Arby's, and as per usual the machine was broken. So, I drive to the CDA Arby's (less than 10 minutes away). I'm thinking to myself, hopefully their machine is working. I go through the drive-thru, and I am told by the automated voice that they are closed. It was 9:45 P.M. at the time. I drive by the window, and it says the drive-thru closes at 10:30. Google also says they close at 10:30. I thought maybe the timing for the automated message at the drive-thru hasn't been updated, since daylight savings time just ended a few days prior. So, I walk up to the lobby door, and it's locked. The closing time on the door says 9:00 for the drive-thru. This is a different time than the one on the drive-thru window and google. I drive though the drive-thru one more time, thinking that maybe I needed to let the automated message end to be greeted. But no, I drive by the window and an employee is moping and getting ready to leave. It is pretty lazy to have two different closing times on the building. Read moreIts arbys. Drive thru time was ridiculous for only 2 cars in front of me. Estimated wait time 15 minutes. Update: so i show up to this arbys on a friday night at 10:15pm. I know they're supposed to be open until 11pm on friday.(former employee from many moons as go) i wait at the drive through speaker for about 10 minutes waiting for some kind of life. Nothing, so i pull around to go in thinking maybe the speakers broken. I walk in to see all the employees in the "back of the house" saying "if we just ignore them they will go away eventually" i respond from the front, "either that or we'll just come in". They respond with how did you get in here the door is supposed to be locked". Already insulted from the wait at the speaker and the amusement they were getting out of me and the other people.
