It was my father in law’s 75th Birthday and it was our first time being at this restaurant. To start, the salad bar was awesome. It included varieties of salad assortment including artichoke hearts, mozzarella balls, fried banana and so much more! They also had a section with rice, beans, chicken, fish and more. Everyone thing tasted so good from the salad bar, but my favorites were the fried banana’s, the Brazilian vinaigrette (so delicious) and the fried polenta. I chose to get the light dinner, so I only got one meat choice in which I picked shrimp. The shrimp was absolutely amazing. I got two rounds and every round was hot, fresh and cooked perfectly. My husband got the full dinner which included all of the meats and I got a few bites out of it as well. All the meats were delicious and perfectly cooked. They were all seasoned deliciously and the meat was SUPER tender. Our waitress, Adella, was so kind and attentive to us. I got her attention to talk to her about my father in laws 75th Birthday and asked if they could sing him Happy Birthday and without hesitation she said she would make it happen. She also asked what kind of desert he wanted and I let her know that anything is fine, just surprise him. They came out with a slice of chocolate fudge cake and even wrote “Happy Birthday” on it. After they served the cake they all sang him Happy Birthday. My father in law was shocked but he was so happy. The cake was delicious as well as we all shared a bite or two each. Overall, Boiada became one of my new favorite restaurants tonight. Amazing service, amazing food and an amazing experience!...
Read moreExtremely disappointed! Was very excited to come here based off of previous reviews, but I was totally wrong. It started off ok, menu was explained and drinks were brought. After that, it was all downhill. The same 3 items came around multiple times (sirloin steak, rib cap steak, and pineapple) After having a couple pieces of the 2 steaks, we kept saying no each time they came around with the same item because we were waiting to try other items. Eventually one of the people carrying food turned our cards around to red without even asking us. It was extremely rude! After that, we turned them back to green and no other food was offered, not even the new items being brought around. We saw our waitress 2 times over the course of our evening and 1 of those times was when we were initially sat at our table. We were there for around 1 hour and 15 minutes and for the final 45 minutes we waited for our server to come and fill our water glasses, and bring us the check. Eventually a completely different server came by and filled our water and asked if we were done because they noticed we were sitting there for so long with no attention. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. For the price we paid (over $60 per person) we each maybe ate 4-5 thinly sliced pieces of meat. Overall I expected not only more food, but a better overall experience. We may return in a few months to see if our luck is better, but for now I will be cautioning friends and family from coming here. Will update if the next...
Read moreWow! What an experience! From the moment we walked in the door I was amazed. Gorgeous atmosphere, friendly, enthusiastic staff and a dining experience unlike anything you’ve ever seen. We were served amazing authentic Brazilian beverages that were so good! The food was delicious, from the perfectly decadent salad bar to the vast array of local Brazilian cuisines. I would have been completely delighted with just those, but then the meat servers started rolling up to our table and I instantly regretted previously filling my plate so much. If you haven’t experienced the delicacy of Brazilian Steakhouse meat, you really haven’t started living. There is a savory variety of Chicken, Sausage, Lamb, Beef, so many types of Beef, Beef wrapped in Bacon, Chicken wrapped in Bacon, Shrimp, and then some. They brought around a grilled Pineapple that absolutely changed my life forever. So as I’m sitting there contemplating the best day of my life thus far, our lovely waitress, Bruna, asked if we’d like to see a dessert menu. It was hard to decide from the authentic Brazilian delicacies they offered, but I decided to go with the Pudim de Leite and loved it! Listen to me, you HAVE to go to Boiada Brazilian Steakhouse in Coeur d’Alene, it seriously will be the best dining experience...
