I would do 0 stars if i had the option. I am a regular on the weekends at the bosanko location and I can say I will be going to the appleway location from here on out. I paid in change and not in a ridiculous amount because it's what I had in my car. The barista comes back and tells me she can't accept knickles and dimes and it was only $1 in dimes the rest was silver dollars and $2 in quarters. It is US currency and should be accepted but that's not what made me upset. My total was $9 and she came back and says I only gave her $7. I told her there was $9 and repeated what change I gave her. She aggressively slid the little bit of change in her hand and came back with a unnecessary rude attitude and proceeds and says, "you need to recount this!" I waited for a good few min for her to return and I literally had to recount it in front of her and she took the change and just says, "well, oh." It was very unprofessional to treat someone like she did and with a very rude, negative, attitude. If you go pay even 50 cents in knickels or dimes they should not be able to refuse it and without a snotty attitude about it and act like you can't obviously count change. Tonight after work I went to Boston’s Brew on Appleway like I have been for a little over a week now. Unfortunately that entitled, horrible mistake they have working there was still there after my lunch (bird looking W/green curly hair). That one has no right working in customer service. Just a nasty thing. I spend way too much on coffee…from $600-800 a month, to go somewhere where something like that is employed, and it kinda sucks because I liked that place and everyone else who works there. I just refuse to spend my money somewhere I have to pull Up and know that if it’s her at the window I just wasted my time cause I’m going to leave and go someplace else. I actually budget coffee in to my bills. Bad, yes…I know but I make the money so that’s my treat……anyways……the coffee when it’s done by her is nasty…..and her attitude is worse. Customer service is not just a “job” everyone/anyone can do. Customer service is a whole atmosphere the people who’re good at it create which they do naturally and those people bring you money. That one will lose you...

This location has probably the most expansive menu for food items for a local coffee stand. WOW! This does not have a sit down location but if you are looking for a quick healthy lunch or breakfast this is the spot for you.

Coffee wise. The specials are expansive and the flavor choices are great.

Service is always kind and consistent but not over the top which will be great for fellow people who do not appreciate the Dutch bro service style.

The dog treats are by far my fav. Coffee stands that have good dog treats in supply for the pups in the car are a 10/10.

Hours are also convenient. Several times I have tried this location to on early morning since it is so close to the emergency vet clinic.

Lines also run smoothly and efficiently even if you order food items.

Honestly it is hitting all the major Pros of a local coffee shop and not a chain
