Good food if done correctly. Bad and slow service. More often than not our order gets messed up somehow or something is forgotten. We have given them the benifit of doubt in the past and let it slide by. Today my boyfriend went to get us breakfast. At 9:58am he ordered 4pc french toast sticks, large hashbrowns, and 4 egg and cheese croissantwiches. After returning home and unpacking it to eat we realized we were missing two sandwhiches. So, we got in the car a drove back to Burger King (About 10 minutes each way, inconvenient). We tell them what happened. The girl on the mic asked "just 2 egg and cheese crissanwhiches" we said "yes". She then asked "no sausage?" We said "yes, just egg and cheese". We are then told "okay, drive to the second window. We got to the window at 10:45 and the window guy asked if we had a cheese burger order, we said no and told him we had the 2 missing egg and cheese crissanwhiches. He seemed to have no idea what we were talking about. So we repeated the situation. Sounding apologetic he says "Oh I'm so sorry about that you guys! Do you want a free large hashbrown for the inconvenience?" We said "sure, thank you!" He said "I will get that taken care of and be right back". Within a minute he gave us the bag of food and we peak in the bag to make sure it's all there and head home. Once getting home, for the second time, this has now turned into an hour long process. The stuff we got the first time was all on the cold side but we shrugged it off expecting the newer bag to be fresh and hot. We open the new bag to find the stuff was hardly warm, we got sausage on the sandwiches and we do not eat pork. We then realized they just gave us left over breakfast items. Read moreMy kids were really hungry, and we happened to be by this Burger King, so we pulled in. First of all, we pulled up to the drive-thru and I was ready to tell them that I needed a minute to gather what we wanted for our order. Nobody greeted me or even told me to hold on while they needed time. In fact I sat there for damn near 10 minutes talking to my kids, and consistently saying, "Hello?" to the intercom looking at the CAMERA they have pointing at me. Nothing. Nobody answered for at least 8 minutes. I finally got a response from a girl working, but she acted like I had just pulled up. No apology, no excuse, nothing. It's supposed to be FAST food. But I ordered and went to the window. When I got to it, I was already annoyed and frustrated. But then a young girl opened the window and took my card, she didn't smile she had terrible customer service. The worst part was the manager was standing right next to her talking to her!! They never asked me what my kids wanted to drink she handed me 2 apple juices. Which I wasn't even that upset about. But then when I finally got my food I drove off and checked the bags, they had forgotten one of my children's fries and the other child's cookie. They not only had poor service but they didn't even give me all of my order. I was so angry, but I was not about to go sit in that drive thru for another 10 minutes before I even was helped again. Read morethey're still just really new, right? they're going to get better, right? i will say this drive thru was extremely faster than the old cda bk or the old harden bk, even with the car in front of us getting something in their order wrong, and whoever took my order was pretty good and displayed decent people skills. what few warm onion rings i found were pretty darn good. those are my sole positives. not sure why the car in front of us wasn't asked to pull forward so the staff could fix their order. our food and the cars behind us might have stood a better chance of getting warm food. i know they've only been open for like a week. hopefully they get that corrected. my large order of onion rings was the smallest "large" order I have ever seen. once I found warm rings I really wanted there to be more of them as they were infinitely better than my whopper. I smiled at the fry that snuck it's way in. that didn't last long. not good. the burger on the bottom of the bag was at least moderately warm. the burger on top was not. our drink was not prepared and once it was the cup was only filled about an inch from the fill-line. not much in customer service skills from either the 1st or 2nd windows. because I am the kind of guy that likes burgers for breakfast and I really miss my bk back home i will give this another try, but maybe after i score...
