I am writing this review because I love Carls Jr. but I rarely come to this restaurant location anymore I just keep having problem after problem, so I usually only get food here once a month to see if things have improved, but they never seem to and tonight (06/26/18) was no different. The main thing is that the drive thru takes forever which if it was just once in awhile I wouldn't mind but for this location it's pretty much every single time I have to wait in the line for over twenty minutes when there are only two or three cars in front of me I think that's a little ridiculous, and it happened again tonight. I think the worst time ever was a couple years back at this location I was waiting in line for well over half an hour because there were like ten Cars in line and when I was almost to the window I could hear the people behind me in line screaming at the ordering thing to hurry up. Another problem I had this time is that I ordered a large sized soda with my meal and they filled nearly the whole cup up with Ice leaving very little room for the Soda, and then they didn't even fill the soda up to the line under the lid, and I mean not right at the top, but the second line under so that was a bit disheartening for me, and even though I ordered Cherry Coke it didn't taste like much of anything. One other problem I had this time is that even though the food tasted good as usual, half the bun on the Burger was stale which made it a bit awkward to eat. Also their computer thingy where they take the order usually shows you what you are ordering as you say it to them, but it's been malfunctioning (It says couldn't connect to database or something like that.) for several weeks now and I'm surprised they haven't fixed it yet.
Anyways I'll still come here once in awhile, but usually when I am thinking of getting fast food Carls Jr is one of the first places I think of, but then I remember how long it takes and all the problems this place has, and my mind immediately switches to one of the other restaurants...

The men's restroom looked like it had not been cleaned in several days. As I was waiting for our food, a guy came in from the drive through saying he had been sitting at the window for 20 minutes asking if he was ever getting his food. A few minutes later after his car finally got served, a lady from the next car in line came in to get a soda refill as she had also been waiting a very long time. There were employees just standing around playing on their phones, chatting, goofing off. The soda machinehad a water-leak that covered a sizeable area, looked like it had not been cleaned in a while, had trash all over it, and was just another representation of how little anyone there seems to care. A guy from the staff went to take food to a customer, walked past that customer, then came back to the counter and said he didn't want it. He never even tried to give it to the right person, just assumed they didn't want it.
Our food got out in okayish time, but my burger was cold, and my wife's was just lukewarm. Windering if our food was leftovers that had been left out a while and thrown on a bun at room temperature, ot if they were cooking on a heating element at the lowest possible setting. Many tables were messy and had not been cleared or cleaned... at least the soda was mostly cold, so there was that win.
It will be a very long time before I ever eat here again as there are just too many things needing to be fixed, that I don't think it will be good again for a...
Read more3:10 as of today :. This is what happened. We walk in. This is my dad, my sister and I. As my dad was ordering food, the female manager was being a bit snobbish with my dad all because " she felt was being tested about the menu" when he was just asking a question about the prices regarding the big Mac. The male manager at the burger station was unpleasant with the older woman who worked the drive thru . He was extremely rude to her. He used very abusive language towards her , saying how she "messed up on five orders " , when she was the only one working the drive thru and secondly, the kitchen manager DID not properly communicate with her about missing items and blamed her for it . I could hear him getting into it with her as I was standing at the front counter waiting on an orea shake at exactly between 3:20 and 3:30. The manager needs to get his attitude checked and watch his tone with the coworkers as they are doing the best they can and deserve more credit. Kudos to the woman who gave me my Oreo milkshake. Despite the longer wait time, I was well accommodated with more in my milkshake . Co workers and milkshake lady, thank you. Keep up the good work. Older woman working at drive thru window, you definitely are a shining star. Keep up the good work. Managers running the kitchen ....work more on friendliness , especially towards your staff. They deserve your respect. Take responsibility for own actions. No complaints...
