I do have a lot of good experiences with this store, but of course the bad ones are the ones that always stand out in memory. Unfortunately I have had two experiences I would like to share that hopefully will lead to some improvement. One of them happened last night when my boyfriend and I had made an online order. After about 30 mins I had started to wonder where our delivery was so I checked my email and my boyfriend had mistakenly hit carryout instead of delivery. We weren't really dressed to go anywhere so I tried to call the store to see if they could deliver it instead. I sat on the phone for over 8 mins with the most annoyingly obnoxious wait music playing before I gave up and we drove to the store to get the order. I know they may have been busy but anyone that has worked in the customer service business knows that waiting that long on hold is ridiculous. The least they could do is just pick up the phone after a few rings and ask if they can put you on hold and tell you they will be with you shortly. Another experience I had with this store was also when I ordered carry out. I had picked up my breadbowl and taken it back to my friend's apartment to find out they hadn't put the garlic baste on it. Of course that is one of my favorite parts and it was so dry I didn't end up even eating the crust which makes up a good portion of the dish. It wouldn't of been worth the drive back to the store to get it fixed, but I was majorly disappointed. This experience was awhile back, but my experience last night prompted me to write this in hopes that Domino's will start doing better. I know it's a busy job and like I said I'm usually satisfied, but that extra step of better customer service and double checking their work would lead to better customer satisfaction. I hope someday I will want to change this to 5 stars...
Read moreListen, we all know Dominos is a franchise/chain pizza company. So it's all about expectations when it comes to the pizza you're ordering. Don't expect some artisan, wood fired, hipster pizza. A lot of people like to hate on franchises and chains, but just because it's a franchise, doesn't make it bad. Lots of people must like them if they're popular enough to be in every town in the country, right?
Personally, I like how consistent they are. Their ingredients seem to be of solid quality. They use real mozerella, decent pepperoni, the spinach and tomatos are fresh, the mushrooms are fresh (not a fan of the canned ones) the pineapple is canned, but whatever, most of their toppings are fresh and decent. The only topping I'm not a big fan of, is the italian sausage, as it's definitely pre-cooked, machine "crumbled" italian sausage that comes frozen in bags when they order it.
Their prices are better than pretty much any other pizza delivery place. They are fast, have good customer service and you can count on them not screwing your order up. I dig Dominos these days and I think the product you get for the price, especially with readily available coupons, is pretty darn good. 4.75 out of 5 stars in my opinion, but I have to round up and just give em a 5...
Read moreThis has to be one of the top 3 dominos stores in the WORLD! They have a better track record of nailing the order and quality than any other restaurants I can think of. Pryor's fish and chips in Otis orchards, WA is the only place I can think of that has such a stellar record of delivering top notch food and fast service. These photos are of a "well done" pizza. That's how I like it but, you have to specify when you order through the app. Their app is great. No having to talk to some kid who is herbally challenged, about the specials etc. You get in the app and select "recent orders" and select one of the last 5 orders you made. Then click " reorder" and without talking to anyone, your order is initiated. I always get my pizza " carryout" because I am so picky about the quality, I suggest you do the same. I am sure the delivery option is 2nd to none in a 3 mile radius as well though. Give this store your business and tip the employees when you " carryout" your pizza. They will remember you and will give you 105% vs the 100% you get if you are a cheap ass. This team deserves...
