I am very disappointed in the people who were working tonight⌠it is March 3rd 2024 and there were two people working. A boy with a black beanie and black sweatshirt and blonde hair who had no idea in the world what he was doing. The other employee was a heavier girl in a black sweatshirt and blue jeans with brown hair. The only reason I had gone to such bros was because no where else was open and I needed a drink. I had ordered a double rainbow frozen lemonade with cold foam substitute lemonade for red bull . ( I will show what that looks like) and I had gotten an iced plain redbull with no flavor. I was charged $5.47 and they asked me for a tip. I had asked the workers 2 questions while ordering and they were both clueless on the answers. The first question was do you guys have punch cards. And they both looked at eachother shrugged their shoulders and said I-i donât think so. The second question was what comes in the double rainbow drink and they both said idk and the girl said let me go look at the cards. And the the girl came back and told me it was peach mango coconut lemonade and cold foam blended. This is what I got vs what I was supposed to get. Just to remind you I was charged $5.47 for a redbull...
Read moreI don't know what kind of training Dutch Bros employees undergo, but my therapist should consider taking a page out of their book. Whether I'm having a stressful day or celebrating a victory in my mundane life, I'll forego the French press and take a trip here as a special treat. HOW. How do these kids have endless positive energy?? How do they remember the small moments in my life mentioned in passing at the drive-through window and inquire for updates the next time my car sputters in?? It must be some corporate conspiracy rooted in Satanism with ties to the NSA--I swear to god I have a cathartic, existential experience every time I order my iced americano (extra shot, splash of soy) at their window. To top it all off, my dogs LOVE those guys. I can barely control them when they see we're turning toward the blue shack off Northwest. Everyone at this location (most notably Evan) deserves a raise and an honorary BS in Clinical Psychology. Did I mention the coffee is fantastically smokey and rich? But let's be honest, I'd still go here even if I was served used grounds steeped...
Read moreYou guys are amazing! I've been back and forth from the Seattle area to Idaho for a couple months now (multiple trips a month). I found out my dad was sick and came right over, the gal working the night shift as I was leaving town showed me so much kindness I could have burst, and what a better sticker than "life is beautiful". Fast forward to a little over a week ago. I stopped at the Everett location, and the gal gave me a free coffee to use whilst in CDA. I was pleased to visit with my dad before his first surgery (it went awesome and he's healing well). I stopped here on my way out of town, filled up my hydroflask, got another coffee, and bought a coffee card for them to use on anyone who was maybe having a rough day, or just short on change. I truly hope the gesture brought a sliver of kindness to someone else. The guys working that night were wonderful and they also gave me the "Shine" sticker that I couldn't get when it was released. Dutch bros seriously hires the most amazing people, because you guys touched my heart during such a rough time. Keep being...
