I loved our server Stasha, I may have that wrong. It was Sasha wish a twist and she had her hands full, yet maintained control over her tables (somehow) with grace, professionalism, and enough attitude to survive this place. This could have been a nice place to watch one of our favorite bands (Dragonfly) on my friend's birthday. Could have been. Except it seemed that the bar tolerates one of it's presumed regulars, we'll call her Lisa. After she sloppily reached for my friend's boyfriend on the dancefloor, repeatedly, trying to shove her aside to get at him while his eyes were HUGE until my friend, still standing firmly between them to block her, she had to actually say "NO, that's MY boyfriend!!" My friend told the bartenders what happened and wanted her cut off for being over served. Here's the worst part and what makes this a sad, tragic story. We were told she's a bartender's girlfriend. She may just be another person that needs help and drinks way too much, so it was super sad to just watch her stumble around. What kind of boyfriend would let that happen? It gets worse. She pushed me around throughout the night, harassed our group and others, talked drunken nonsense, hit on other men, offended several women. Sometimes she would talk to our table friendly, then suddenly yell at us for no reason. Super sad and we won't be back. I can't decide if I'm bashing the woman or suggesting they get her help. It...
Read moreThe service in the restaurant at 12:00 in the afternoon with only 2 other (small) groups was absolutely horrible. The waitress asked what we wanted to drink and we both only chose water and I asked for a straw with it. She left to get them and never brought the straw when she came back. Then we ordered an appetizer and our food at that time and I mentioned again I would like a straw. She said she was going to get one and never did. We sat there for 30 minutes and never got our appetizer, I never got my straw, a couple that came in after us was served food before us, and another couple sitting behind us never even got their drinks they ordered and the waitress never took their food order. They decided to walk out after 20 minutes and we decided to as well after never receiving anything we ordered. They lost two sets of customers this afternoon and lost my business for life. Their bar life and service may be good, but their restaurant service is not. We decided to go to the Canton Asian restaurant across the street which had amazing service and we received our meal right away. I would recommend that place over the iron horse any day. We will never be back and that was our first time there and first impressions are always the...
Read moreThe worst food and service by far! I went ahead and ordered a water a bacon cheese burger with tots no pickles from the bar. I was directed to not sit at the bar unless I was consuming alcohol. I thought that kind of strange since 3/4’s of the bar table was empty. So I went ahead and chose to sit by the fire place no big deal. 55 min to an hour later( mind you there’s maybe 6 people in the bar just drinking) I notice I don’t have my food. I went ahead and politely asked the bartender what the status was on my order. With the rudest remark I’ve ever heard” honey, patience is a virtue not a demand.” 5 min later she came out with my food. I took a bite and completely cold, no bacon. I got up, returned the plate with all the food and water and politely said” I’m not paying and I’m taking my money elsewhere I’m not eating this.”The bar tender asked what was wrong and explained my food was cold.I asked her if she or the cook could fix it and she shortly responded with there’s nothing wrong with my food. I asked her to try a tater tot and she refused. After that I politely said” patience is a virtue, but hot goes cold.” She flipped out as I walked out the door demanding me to pay. Will definitely not be...
