Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Coeur d'Alene

I came in about 245pm today. Girl at the counter was indifferent, but courteous. (Ashley) She helped me, then went about cleaning tables. The manager, Bri, however, not so great. She set my food on the counter, didn't call a number, a name, or even say, "order up". Just slapped it down, glanced in my direction, and walked away. I asked for fry sauce and ketchup, said nothing as she tossed sauce in the bag, then pointed and said "ketchup over there" and walked away. Ok. (I could hear her and an employee complaining about a coworker, too) I came back to the counter, where Bri was busy texting on her phone, and said "ma'am I need to order something else to go please", to which she made no audible reply other than a sigh, and an eye roll. Took my money, made the shake, set it down without another word. Ashley, however, told me to have a nice day. It takes alot of effort these days to make a customer feel like an inconvenience, but, mission accomplished Bri. This makes the 2nd one in town, with ride staff, and sharty service. Alot of places to choose from in this area, make more of effort to keep some customers folks. I know ALOT of people who won't bother because of the attitude and inability to get an order right, MOST OF THE TIME. Guess I won't be bothering with this Jack in the Box anymore either. This is the worst of all Jack stores! We are neighbors and we have tried like crazy to keep from sharing this review. Every order we place has been wrong...literally. We have been disappointed ending up at home with a partial or incorrect order. The crazy thing is that most our orders are mobile with a list of what we ordered. This is the last straw, I'm speaking out. Find somewhere else to go. Tonight my wife was checking the order due to past failures and she was treated horribly and told to enter the drive thru line again. Not only that, when we called to ask why they gave us spicy mini tacos, the guy in charge (Zach) told us they were doing that because they were out of regular mini tacos. What? Why would you do that and not inform? So now our only recourse is to call the store tomorrow morning! Sorry, ridiculous! And very rude about the entire experience!

I usually don’t go to jack in the box, but I decided to try it out on DoorDash the a few nights ago, saw there were the Mac and cheese bites, order those and the munchie box along with a few other things. When it arrived there was only my chicken strips. They didn’t even bother taking it off the order, they just never gave it to me. So I tried again last night. Thankfully received everything. I got a burrito and the Mac and cheese bites. The bites were pretty good... but it looks like they didn’t even bother wrapping the burrito. Just a lack of care. I get there’s a labor shortage and people are tired etc etc... but it’s still not an excuse...especially cause I placed the order like two hours before I was going to receive it so I tried to give notice. I’ve only tried jack and the box a few times over many years and every time I’ve gone to this location or ordered from this location...
