I have been frequenting Jamba for years and have always been reasonably satisfied. The drinks are made quickly and have rarely had any issue or error in all of my visits. That being said I had an experience today that will make me a bit more leery of darkening their doorway in the future. In the past any problems were corrected quickly and easily regardless of circumstance. Now on to what actually happened.. Being pregnant has caused me to have trouble eating ANYTHING and as such I haven't been able to adequately eat in weeks. My husband is recently unemployed so we have been careful with our spending while he is between jobs. He took me today as a special treat since we thought that I might be able to stomach a smoothie. I ordered what I usually do and it quickly became apparent that I wouldn't be able to drink mine. I could, however, drink my husbands. I tried to kindly explain to the lady who took our order that I wasn't able to drink mine and wanted a different order. She immediately rung me up. I was a bit shocked as I had made the assumption that good customer service would dictate a correction of the drink and not an entirely new purchase. I then realized that we had only brought $20 with us and even with downgrading the size after our first order wouldn't make another smoothie purchase possible.I left hungry and in tears. My husband it turns out had stashed money for a 'rainy day' and bought me the drink I could stomach but we ended up paying about $20 just for me! I threw my first drink way after only a couple of sips since neither me nor my husband would drink it. So what was intended by my husband as a special treat to care for his sick wife ended up as a very expensive tear...
Read moreHaving recently returned from overseas serving as a medical officer, there were no stores or awesome places like Jamba Juice. It's truly great to be home since my deployment in March and now returning for a bit longer of 24 months. Yet another reason today ment so much.
By far the most outstanding service and kindness I've seen in a long while. I actually stopped going because the staff became rude, impatient and complacent with their disrespectful selves. HOW SO EVER, today I took me wee one and we both got absolutely outstanding extraordinary drinks.
I must apologize that I didn't get the lassies names but just super kind. We went about 1545hrs on this day July 8th, 2024. A Monday no less but what extraordinary attitudes. The place was a bit off on refreshing as we felt no air-conditioning. Aye, a bit warm this day but you couldn't complain as the gals were extremely kind. Yes, I know I'm repeating meself about these lassies but such a great experience today and I'm sure we'll into the future as long as they are there.
Thank you both for bringing us back to you. You both set the standard and you are the example others need to follow. I hope you are paid well because without you Jamba Juice would be worthless and not a nice place to visit. The blonde lassie that was at the register sorting orders and helping placing orders. You were incredibly awesome. Cheers sweetheart and that is NOT in any way being disrespectful to you or treating you less then the perfect girl you truly are. Keep with your obvious morals and values because you're a glowing example of someone who genuinely cares.

Read moreSo I used Grub Hub to place my order. On Grubhub, you can order a smoothie and a pretzel together. I did this and ordered an extra pretzel for my coworker. So I should have received 2 pretzels and a smoothie. When it was delivered I got 1 pretzel and 1 smoothie. I called them and the gentleman gave me a refund. He was awesome.
So then today..... I ordered again and to be helpful I called them right after I ordered to make sure they knew I had ordered a Smoothie with a pretzel and I had also ordered 2 more pretzels for my coworkers because they are awesome..... the girl I was transferred to said absolutely no problem, you ordered 3 pretzels. So you can imagine my shock when Grubhub came with only 2 pretzels and a smoothie. I mean COME ON!!!!! I get things like this happening from time to time, but I gave you a heads up by calling right before you filled my order and you said no problem. So when I called to speak with them I got the "'I'm sorry, we were really busy" line. It's not hard to check an order before it goes out, especially if they call you ahead of time and request that you get it correct. It's unfortunate because the pretzels are really good but highly unlikely that I will order again as they don't seem to care about getting orders correct or showing good customer service skills when they get an order incorrect.....and I don't want to have to keep getting refunds for a missing pretzel since they cannot double or triple check an order before it goes out.
