Staff was friendly, although the young man taking our order seemed a little dazed and out of it. We tried the beefy black and blue sandwich which we didn't care for at all, and the second sandwich was the #2 roast beef, that's my standby that I usually get. That one was okay until I got to the end and found a long black hair mixed in with the lettuce, the hair was found when I took a bite and the hair was in my mouth, it didn't come from either of us. I then spit the sandwich out and lost my appetite. We will definitely reconsider going there again, and this was one of our standbys for dinner. We were incredibly disappointed and felt that, that was a huge waste of money.

Placed and order, waited an 75 mins to be notified by another local business that my food had been delivered there. After talking with multiple coworkers I have learned that they have had multiple sandwiches delivered to the wrong location as well. So I am 100% done with this place. I have had so many issues with this place, they will never get another cent from me. Now because of their mess up, I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my refund. The cda location is completely incompetent, the delivery driver was very apologetic, and felt bad, the female manager was too busy to talk to me or offer to make it right, she was on the phone with me for 30 seconds or less.

Decided to give in and try one more time. That was a huge mistake. We placed an online order for pick up on the 11/29/2022. We arrive 10 to 15 mins later to an empty store minus the employees, who we could see messing around, we go in to do the pick up. Tried to give us someone else's order. Ours hadn't been made, they didn't have it pulled from the printer yet, okay not great but okay. They start to make the sandwich, one girl has long pigtail braids almost to her waist, over the front of her shoulders, as soon as she started the sandwich she leaned forward and her hair went into the mayo and lettuce on the sandwich. We asked to cancel and get refunded, the 2 guys working were rude and in no way wanted us to cancel or void the order. Read moreI love Jimmy John’s , they always do awesome but it’s usually the Post falls location that is consistently great. Rarely the hayden one anymore, as for this CDA location, it is awful. It was great in the beginning but the last couple years it’s gone completely downhill. Got a bunch of kids working there who don’t know what they’re doing or just don’t care. I’ve had 3 wrong delivery orders or missing items all in a row in a 4 month period now. I decided to start going inside in hopes if I got the stuff myself nothing would be missing, but I was wrong, even in-store orders get messed up so forget it, the kids are busy laughing with each other or on their phones to even acknowledge you and best bet they start cleaning and have all their chairs up so you can’t eat inside HOURS before close. You can tell they don’t want to be there and they don’t care about you, they just want out of there. Last time I was there I watched another young woman come back in after her in-store pick up order to say she loves Jimmy John’s but they made her sandwich wrong and one of the younger girls behind the counter couldn’t have given her a nastier look. I mean she opened it up and you could clearly see it was not what she ordered. You could tell it was gross and she wasn’t trying to get a free sandwich because they were gonna let her have it for free and she she didn’t even want it and threw it away. None one order from here has been right. I keep giving chances and I’m done. I hate writing reviews but someone needs to step up? Repeated mess ups, forgotten items on delivery orders. When I tell you I had to wait over an hour and 15 mins for my order once and on top of it we were missing 3 items, With a $10 tip already given on the app. It was not just one item missing but 3 items and then to top it off we didn’t get our add ons we paid extra for and I swear someone put tuna instead of the bbq chicken on mine this last time. My pregnant wife ordered a sandwich the other day and it took the driver over an hour to find where to deliver… When the delivery was literally across the street to another business. On top of that the delivery driver basically threw the sandwich and made a scene at my wife’s place of work because he was so angry that he couldn’t use Google maps correctly to find the location. Then my wife contacted the owner about the situation and the owner basically tells her maybe you should do a pick up the order to get your order faster and didn’t even acknowledge the fact that her employee was extremely rude. The funny thing is my wife wasn’t even upset about the late order but more upset that the delivery driver made a scene at her place of work because of his own issue. It’s not hard to put an address in Google… It’s not like it was a new business it’s been there for years.
