Jitterz Espresso — Restaurant in Coeur d'Alene

Just stop this morning to grab two drinks and a sandwich. Waited in line for approximately 20 minutes before someone came out to take our order. I order a 20 oz iced mocha with white coffee and caramel and my mom ordered a jolly rancher. The lady wasn’t sure if they had that on the menu so I started telling her what was in it but was cut off with a prompt “is that all?” We were greeted at the window with “did you order a mocha?” No hello, good morning or anything. I didn’t get the name of the lady working the window but she was a petite red head with her hair down wear an off the shoulder sweater. She continued to be quite rude although she did ask how our day was. The only polite statement out of her mouth. The first drink we received was the jolly rancher which was made incorrectly. We had to wait another several minutes for the mocha which was also made incorrectly. I looked at the drink which was clearly not white coffee and did not have caramel in it. I asked the lady if there was caramel and I received “I don’t know. I didn’t make it.” as a response. I asked her to please add caramel and I got an eye roll. We then had to wait several more minutes for my sandwich which thankfully was made correctly. The lady asked how my drink was. I told her it was definitely not white coffee but unfortunately I didn’t have time for it to be remade. I was expecting at least an offer of a couple extra punches for the inconvenience or something. She didn’t even look at me as I got a snarky “oh sorry”. Will not be returning to...

Northwest BLV Location. We pulled up to order, every one said hi, but then was ignored. Didn’t say we would be right with you, just kept doing their thing. The one shorter girl came up and asked what we wanted and I told her my drink then said is that it and we said no and told her and again she said is that it and we said no can we get an ice water as well and then she said okay is that it? Didn’t really make any contact was too busy worrying about the truck behind us and just brushed us off. Then another girl came up with our two drinks and was super sweet, I did not tip because of the being rushed and didnt seem to care. “Is that it, is that it” I’ll let you know if that’s it if you stop...

Lol they have good quality coffee and im usually really happy but the last couple times have been sad. I get coffee to make a bad day good, not to be disappointed. I do feel they need to train the girls a bit better. I got rhis coffee today and idk if i should laugh or cry lol. It was literally gone before i was two stops lights past the coffee shop. I paid 5 bucks for ice with coffee...
