I don’t get coffee often but when I do I usually come through this stand for a yummy zip. This morning I asked for an oat milk latte, I am lactose intolerant, I believe the girls did not use oat milk because the coffee is the only thing that changed in my diet and I’m currently going to the bathroom every 10 minutes at work. After 5 years of day in day out loyalty an constant price raising it was explained to me that the cup and ice all cost a certain amount so I began bringing my own cup to balance things out. The owner then changes her story an say the cup doesn’t cost anything only the ice” On what planet this is acceptable I’m not sure I hate when people lie to your face. I have been coming to Lean Bean on 4th St everyday for quite awhile. Staff is super personable and friendly. Amazing how they can remember your drink. Great rewards system and its via app so you one less reward card you have to juggle. I’m consistently getting a dollar off and periodically getting a free drink. Generally, it’s not convenient for me to get food, but I have had the breakfast burrito before and really good. I believe on Wednesdays you get double rewards. Rarely go anywhere...
