Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Coeur d'Alene

I would love to give zero stars,, but unfortunately am unable to.. I went two days in a row to grab a lunch special, the first day, there wasn't any and no worker was in the lobby area, or ever came to check for customers, this was around 12:30 so a time when employees should be checking for customer, after 5 minutes of waiting I left. I went back the next day,(today) 2 employees were in the back. One was working making the pizzas and the other standing there talking, I waited for four minutes in view of them, before the one not doing anything said you have someone up front. The guy who was making the pizzas without gloves, wipes his hands on the front of his pants, comes up asks what I want,I ask for a lunch special. They don't have any lunch specials ready and it was going to be at least 10 mins according to him. So I left, without purchasing anything. He went back to making the pizzas, I'm not sure he washed his hands. Will not go back there ever again. They are supposed to have some things ready to go and they almost never do, and they apparently don't always wash before...

Called and called and no answere for 45 min. So I came in (to an extremely dirty building that looks like it's covered in mersa and sticky grime) and the one taking my order did not know what I was talking about as I am reading it right off the website until a manager "I am assuming manager" came and said that they do carry those things. Then he asked which wings I wanted and I asked do you have boneless and he tolled me "If you want boneless go to Mcdonalds" and I said "so that's a no?....." WOW. On one more occasion I thought I might try to call them and hooray they answered! I asked do you guys take checks? The man said no we do not. I asked okay what if I order online? He said you cannott order online only call in but you can with dominos." Now that is the only place that I have ever shopped that has referred me to another franchise and that has happened twice now on the only two occasions I have attempted to try this place. Little Caesars on Neider, Do not order from them!

On 9/24/25 I ordered cheese puffs as a quick meal in my car before a movie. They were so dry and crunchy, I would not have chosen to eat them if I wasn’t so hungry and if I had other options. As I was down to my last two bites, I noticed what I thought was mozzarella string, but no it was a course wiry hair! 😳 I took the piece back into the store and explained to the guy behind the counter about the hair and he just said “oh” and took the box and tossed it into the garbage. I asked if that was all, and he said yes. 😳! I went back out to my car and one of the other customers who had overheard the conversation told me I should go back in and ask to talk to a manager. So I went back in.

The manager came out and in front of other customers said “what” with an annoyed expression. When I explained, she said “okay” again annoyed. I asked if that was all, and she said “yes”. So I told her that I would not be coming back and she again said “okay” annoyed! WOW,...
