We had a horrible experience. Went to eat with my two girls and husband. We ordered and we went to sit down. No one told us at all that the inside dining was closed. We sat, got our food, divided out our fries / nuggets and went back for our drink that they didn't give us. It was very scattered inside and hard to get anyones attention. I let him know we didn't have our drinks and he said yeah we are not finished. Gave us our drinks and we poured ours into a smaller cup for our girls. We had been sitting and eating already and they came and told us we need to leave because the inside is closed. I don't know why no one would have told us that the entire time we were waiting or passing out food. I asked for bags to put our food back in and I was told to wait. We left and as we were leaving there were 3 staff members out back by the drive through smoking. No one apologized that we had to leave in the middle of eating. We got home and started to eat and the nuggets were cold and fries were cold and not tasty at all. They were hard and not even enjoyable enough to eat. I spent 25 on a horrible dinner. Kids shouldn't be managing other kids unless you don't care about service.

I ordered the new coffee that is being advertised on the radio excited to try it. Ordered a medium and it was 3.81 with tax which is crazy high for the size I got. Then I get to the window and it's not even near the top full. I asked the lady why it wasn't full and she said it was pre-set to be made. or something like that. Then she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted more ice. No, I wanted a full drink! Why would I want more ice??? Then driving away after she did nothing for me, I taste it and it's pure water at the bottom. I would've taken it back but was on a short lunch and didn't have time. So upset and will not be returning after getting a toddler-sized coffee for almost $4. But hey, that's what I get for going to McDonald's. Just a reminder to...
Read moreThe experience was uncomfortable to say the least, my friend and I thought while on our road trip we would stop in there to grab a quick bite, we get inside and the line is almost out the door with one cashier trying to take everyone’s order, not a huge deal as we were not in a huge rush we just felt bad for the cashier.. fast foreword and we are sitting at our table next to two elderly women back in the corner pretty much as far away from the kitchen as we can be and we here the assistant manager screaming “If I’m gonna help you you have to help me” “stop moving around if I put you in a position stay in it” now it was obvious a lot of the workers didn’t know what they were doing but that is so excuse to scream at your staff, especially loud enough for the ENTIRE restaurant to not only hear it AND be uncomfortable but in such a demeaning tone, it was so bad that the elderly ladies literally started talking to us and we could hear other customers murmuring about the situation because we all felt bad for the staff, I don’t care how busy you are, in the future try some positive affirmation and your staff might respond better. Read moreYoung teen working has a terrible attitude that I hope changes if she ever wants to make it in the real world. Was handed one bag of food and missing one sandwhich. We were still waiting on a cappuccino so planned to tell her when she came back. Saw she was making it iced even though a cappuccino is always hot. My husband tried to tell her through the window so she wasn’t wasting food and her time holding up the line by asking is that the cappuccino or another order and she responded “I guess sir while walking away saying she was going to freak out”
When she came back and tried to again make it iced he asked again. She continued to make it iced until she couldn’t find an “iced cappuccino button” because there isn’t one.. finally another employee had to tell her exactly what we tried after holding up the line by ignoring us and treating us badly for trying to help.
When they brought the drink we told the other lady we were missing an order “she exclaimed in the background that she put all the food in the bag” as if something is never forgotten…. I handed the bag over and offered for them to check it.
Moral of the story. Check your bags for missing items and don’t offer up help to the staff...
