Let me tell you a story, I walked into panda express one afternoon after a particularly grueling experience at work. so, I was definitely burnt out and tired. I said "hey coworker" "come with me to panda" And we walked over to panda. I walked in after walking to panda and opening the door to panda panda i got broads in Atlanta but back to my point. this panda express is definitely expressive do to the fact that they hired the most holiest kind hearted spirit i have ever come across. This gentleman by the name of Andrew, always has a smile on his face, perhaps his muscles hurt from all the smiles. he threw his arms up in joy to greet me when i entered this establishment, he said with jovial jubilant expression "welcome to Panda express, can i help you?" well naturally i was caught off guard by this gentlemans serene grace and welcoming gestures. I approached the counter to have him offer me a FREE sample, wow I couldn't believe i was getting a free sample for free. After ordering, he offered soy sauce for free & i told him I'd like extra he was super funny when he held up one and said "is this enough?" no obviously it wasn't but just as i was getting suspicious he held up a great big handful of soy sauce and said just kidding. wow if this guy doesn't deserve a raise well I don't know who does. Either way, you as the reader of this review should make it a priority to stop by coeur d'Alene panda express and ask for Andrew. With kind regards your local guy who eats food. till next time....
Read moreDO NOT EVER go to this panda! Save yourself the headache and go to the other location. Multiple times I have had problems with them forgetting my items. About a month ago I went, when I got home I realized they forgot my spring rolls. My husband went back so we didnt have to load our 1 year old in the car again. As he was on his way I realized my 2 item entree meal was wrong as well. I asked for half rice half noodles, I only had noodles and one of my entree items wasn't what I ordered. I called them to let them know he was on his way, and if they could fix that too. My husband came back with just the spring rolls. So we go back AGAIN, they tell us to wait outside and they will bring it to us. We waited over half an hour, so we went inside. It was chaos, they looked like a bunch of chicken's running around with their heads cut off. It wasn't even that busy, realistically. They are a bunch of young people who are improperly trained by a young manager. They remake our whole order, and they STILL forgot stuff! We originally ordered at 8pm and we didnt get our food till about 10pm or so... The store was closed at that point. I was pregnant and starving! The manager gave us some coupons and said he would send us a gift card. We still have not recieved that gift card. I will never be taking my business to this...

And I won't delay you any longer. Asked for extra sauces, chopsticks and guess what?! They produced the ordered amount with a smile and even added +1 for good measure 🥰🙏🎉🍻 amended my review and hope this new generous Panda continues on for many years to come!
OG review: 100% the Panda Express in Coeur d'Alene Idaho off Best Ave is hands down the worst Panda Express. I frequent this location regularly and it's consistently out of items. The drive through staff are STINGY, short and down right rude! I'll specifically order extra sweet n sour or side items before the window pick up to even pay for said items. When you pick up food the staff will argue everytime I ask for simple items such as chop stix or missing items from our orders. This isn't a one off. 4 of my last 5 visits have been this way. Different staff everytime, clearly this location is missing leadership and service skills. Drive up the road to 95 or post falls. Anywhere but...
