I used to come in here a lot like a few times a month. I have not been in for a little while and I came in recently with my wife and noticed how the prices were suddenly a lot higher than they used to be. Anyway we are trying to eat Keto and I ordered something and asked to not have the beans and the woman looked at me with kind of an attitude and said sure but you cannot substitute anything else for them. You cannot add and you cannot take away anything with kind of an attitude and I don't even understand why she gave me the attitude! So I just thought okay no big deal although I used to come in and you order something and they go down the line and ask you what things you would like on your food but I guess you can't do that anymore. Anyway when I got down to the end of the line I asked if I could have a certain kind of salsa on it to the third person down the line and the first woman snapped and yelled and said I told you you can't add or take away anything! So I thought that was just kind of weird and I'm not sure who she thought I was or why I needed to be treated that way but I paid and we went and sat down. I then noticed that they no longer put out any of the bottles of Tabasco sauce or anything so I went up to ask for one and there was a really nice older man at the cash register and he told me he was really sorry for the way that I was being treated and that they don't give us and condiments anymore but he would sneak me some salsa in a container. So I have to tell you that one of my favorite Mexican food places is now one of my least favorite places and I will not be back in this store anyway. You jack up the prices I cannot add anything to it and I'm warned of that like I'm a prisoner or something right when I walk in the door and snapped at for asking for salsa. If you have completely changed the kind of restaurant this is maybe note that on the door or something and tell me that I can no longer pick what I want on my food the way that I used to be able to which made it one of my favorite places. Now I'm sorry but it just sucks and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I will not ever be back in this store. It was all pretty embarrassing and we're not sure why she was talking to us like that in front of all of these other customers? I mean we're both clean cut professional 50-somethings and I'm not sure what the hell...
Read moreI only put one star because I'm not allowed to post unless I click one. Typically I enjoy the food I get from QDoba. However, on this day, my experience was less than stellar. Our office ordered 14 meals for an in-house function. I ordered a burrito bowl with 12 items. The less than half-full bowl arrived with 4 items - one of which I didn't order. I couldn't stomach the idea that my employer had paid full pop for this which was essentially inedible. Not only did I have to leave the office to go down to QDoba, I had to wait in a long line. I handed a gal with big guages in her ears the uneaten bowl with the order taped to the top and asked them to remake the order. She was plainly disgusted and irritated as she tossed the order in the trash and proceeded to offer up the fact that we submitted an online order instead of calling as the reason for the error. I was puzzled and asked if that would make them see the order any better for filling. I explained that I didn't accept that as an excuse for the error. At that point I had not engaged anyone and was not nasty - I simply wanted what I'd ordered. The gal even argued that I didn't order the chips when I reminded her to put them on and I pointed out that it was indeed right there on the order. My ire still hadn't been raised but the customer in front of me proceeded to get disgusted and call me a name attached to "SOME PEOPLE. . ." which absolutely flabbergasted me. Then the assembler dumped my order out of reach by the cashier while he rung up the person in front of me. I had to lean over to get it since it was already paid for. Not once did anyone apologize for me missing the event, having to get in my car to come correct the mistake and instead, I was called names (albeit by a customer, not the help but with the clenched teeth and irritated manner, I'm pretty sure the employee enjoyed that). I'm still flabbergasted that when a portion of our $110.00 order was VERY wrong, WE were accused of wrong-doing! When I reported back to my employer what had happened, I'm pretty sure the decision will be made to order elsewhere when the...
Read moreTried to go back since it's been a while, new review: We wanted a salad and they started making it without telling us there were no taco shell bowls. We had to ask and he said they were out. They were also out of guacamole and picked onions. Almost out of corn salsa. Yet we were not offered any discount. The whole place and restrooms were disgusting. Almost all tables were dirty. The chicken looked horrible. Felt sick after eating and the next day. This is not the first bad experience here. Most likely will not return ever.
old review: I don't think I will be returning after this visit. The line was super long but I stayed and ordered my food and heard the man telling each person that guacamole is an extra charge now. It was my turn and he asked if I wanted guacamole and I asked how much extra to find out it's $1.45. This is insane to charge this much for guacamole on a bowl, not even an entire side. It's already almost $9 for a bowl and then to add this charge is ridiculous. That was one of the things I liked before was everything on the line is included. They were also out of cooked peppers and started cooking some after someone wanted them before me, not when they ran out. I asked how long and they said 5 minutes and they could bring some out if I was still there and they never brought any. I made a comment to the cashier who looked like he was 15 that I was not happy about the guacamole charge and them being out of cooked peppers and he just looked down and didn't say a word. So bad service on top of the prices being raised. So sad. Many people are going to feel the same I'm sure. Horrible idea that will hurt business in the end to charge $1.45 for a scoop...
