Quirkie Dough — Restaurant in Coeur d'Alene

Quirkie Dough is such a fun and unique addition to our area and the first and only shop dedicated to safe-to-eat raw cookie dough! I stopped in on their opening day, and it was an absolute treat (pun intended). The vibe inside is immaculate, bright, colorful, and full of personality with 3D sprinkles, funky furniture, and vibrant murals. It’s an experience in itself, even before you grab a spoon.

The cookie dough is delicious and made to be completely safe for consumption, which makes it even better. I love that they offer vegan options, and I’m already looking forward to trying their gluten-free dough when it’s available.
