San Francisco Style Sourdough Eatery - Kathleen — Restaurant in Coeur d'Alene

My boyfriend and I are so upset right now. We first drove to one sandwich shop that says it’s open on Sundays but turns out it wasn’t open. So we drove to this one, spent over 20 dollars and the photo below was one of the sandwiches. Had little to no toppings and was a size for a child. My boyfriend ordered his sandwich, which doesn’t come with onions he can’t eat them and it had them on it so he didn’t even eat his. I ordered a bowl of soup and got a cup. We got no side pickles and no bread with the soup. Our bread on our sandwiches was cold. And to top it off when I ordered the soup he said it was cold and asked if I wanted it put in the microwave. Not sure why the soup would be cold especially when it’s sitting in a warmer, I ate that and I’m really hoping i don’t get sick. I ordered through door dash and had multiple dashers cancel my pick up because the store was out of the meat we had requested. i called the store to ask them to switch the sandwiches that they had available and then waited longer just to be called by doordash saying they had cancelled our order and when i called about it the man with the neck tattoos said we could come in and pay for another set of sandwiches. we had been waiting for 2 hours at this point and when we got there he charged us for 2 large sandwiches and spent another 30 minutes making them. when we finally got our sandwiches my partners french dip was cold and didn’t get his dipping sauce stuff and the large sandwiches we ordered were half sized. we paid over $20 for sub par food and terrible service. the worker even thought it was acceptable to tell us that he keeps the job because it keeps him out of prison. very...

This is a combination of experiences. Not one single one. It is the Goverment Way location.

I used to love coming here. Now this store consistently gets our food wrong. We came in 20 minutes before closing and they said they wouldn't make the sandwich we wanted because they had already cleaned their cutting machine and didn't want to rewash it. They are friendly but take forever and aren't accommodating to customers. I just sat in line for 20 minutes (no cars ahead of mine) to get a sandwich that has an insane amount of mayonnaise and barely anything else (I asked for lettuce and onion, as you can see it was just sprinkled in with the mayo) and they put on the wrong meat.
