This coffee stand is a breath of fresh air to the community! Delicious, AFFORDABLE coffee and scratch made pastries. I recommend Sebastian’s to everyone I meet! The drip coffee has so much flavor and tastes fresh every single time. My usual go-to is a cafe breve and cruffin. So decadent and delicious! And if you’ve never had a cruffin, you’re missing out! I discovered Sebastian's during a recent business trip, looking for a convenient cup of coffee and found so much more. The pastries were delicious, and the scone I bought was fresh out of the oven...so good. The coffee was also good, and he roasts his beans in-house, you can taste how fresh everything is. While visiting Coeur D’Alene, we found this little coffee shop and are really impressed by the quality of coffee and food. Travis, the owner, is great chef and makes all pastries and bread from scratch (it all looks and tastes amazing!).
