The Starbucks located on Marie and Ramsey has always left me impressed with their exceptional service. While I don't visit as frequently, the staff members are consistently attentive to my needs and ensure that my coffee is made just the way I like it every time.

The staff members here greet me with warmth and positivity, making me feel welcomed during each visit. There's always plenty of seating available here, which I appreciate.

Holy Cow! First, the customer service was unwelcoming, dismissive, non-smiling. My friend asked for a Salted Caramel Mocha with 4 shots, which has Always been her go to at multiple Starbucks. The server says in a snotty tone, "well we don't do that anymore. We now do white coffee with toffee syrup. You want 4 shots?" She answered yes,not realizing he intended on making That Drink rather than asking her if there were another coffee she would like. Everything you'd expect from a corporate wasteland. Overpriced, sugar heavy, over roasted coffee and Americanized pseudo pastry and weird micro made quick eats.. With all the region offers....this is my last choice based on union busting tactics, overpriced fair and the loss of soul. Skip it unless your a loyalist who will buy 9.$ coffee because of the pacifier effect. Social climbers want to be seen holding a cup to fit in.
