Purchased an online order for BOGO 50% off on 4/26 to the subway store in CDA on Ramsey.
I upgraded one of the subs to make it a meal. I ordered as a point member using the Web app on my phone. I accidentally purchased two additional medium fountain sodas. When I arrived, the staff gave me my food and three empty fountain cups (2 medium cups and one small cup for the meal upgraded). advised the employee I accidentally purchased the two additional sodas and inquired about a refund. She advised me that since I purchased the item with the BOGO deal online, no refund or reimbursement would be allowed. She did offer a free cookie; however, we declined.
After my young son and I sat down to eat, he advised me I ordered the wrong bread (cheese bread vs the desired Italian bread). I inquired to the staff how much it would cost to purchase a loaf of the Italian bread so my son could transfer the meat from our purchased sub to the potentially purchased Italian bread. I was advised I would need to purchase a complete footlong sub, like a veggie sub without the toppings for over $8.00.
This staff was willing to give us a free cookie for a lack of reimbursement of the accidental soda purchase I made, but was going to charge me for a full priced footlong in place of the bread alone? Definitely inconsiderate...

When we went back to the counter & asked if they could make it right, I was asked to wait for a manager. They of course never came. I ordered a kids meal & didn't receive the side or drink. I asked if they could please exchange those 2 items for a 99 cent cookie since we had already finished the food. They pulled my receipt & told me that thats not what was rang up. We paid $43 for 2 combos & an incomplete kids meal??? Seriously - I asked kindly 3 times if we could just have the cookie instead (my child was starting to cry). The cashier kept arguing with me about the order - only after I told her that we were leaving & never returning, as well as being upset that we were overcharged did she say "sorry - I hope you have a nice day". Really?? My child is crying, we didn't receive our complete order & you want to end our visit by being a smart a$$ to a kindergartener. High five for your customer service skills!!    Read moreThis subway is slowly going down hill sadly, The last 3 times my husband and I ordered online because we were on a time crunch and all 3 times our order was messed up.
First time, Wrong choice of meat and barley anything on our sandwiches (I even over looked our order thinking our mistake)
Second time, We weâre missing a few items and food was packaged terribly
Third time, Our sauces were all on my sandwich, my husband had got avocado and received none on his⌠ontop of that my meat was over cooked we also received no cheese.
Iâm not one to complain I know how stressful retail is but when you have the order in-front of you there should be no need for a mess up. As well as paying 30$ for sandwiches I expect to have better than what weâve received.
