The best tacos in CDA. This place reignited my love of tacos. $3 for two tacos, it's an average price, but the flavor I'm eating makes me feel like I won a jackpot. There are lots of colors on their tacos- all the usual fixins, but the tomatoes and radish are a nice touch (very nice-in my best borat voice). I love spicy stuff so I tried their hot sauce...I cried the whole time I ate it, but I finished them either way; milk afterward was necessary. I really cant say enough how freaking much I love this place. I'm thinking about going there now, but I was in yesterday and really just don't want them to think I have a problem..it's really not a problem, I just eat there recreationally. Don't judge me. Another hidden gem in CdA. Found this place on a suggestion from my physical therapist. I was CA born and raised, lived in AZ, and have had legit taqueria food in many other places besides. N. ID has left me underwhelmed until today. Carne Asada burrito, no frills, beans meat and rice only. Salsa en el lado. The only negative was at the bottom of that fatty, the grease was dripping out quite freely. It kind of made the last 1/8 not as enjoyable. If you can ever find this place open, it is, well, just ok. But seriously, it is NEVER OPEN! I have been by there 30 times in the last year, all during times when their own sign says they should be open. Anyways, I live just around the corner, and I just finally found them open so I ordered a carne asada burrito with HOT sauce. While the size and other ingredients were good, the meat was full of cartilage and the hot sauce was all dumped on one spot and none in the rest of the burrito.
