Wow….. if I could give this a 0 I would. TERRIBLE service. TERRIBLE. Food. HORRENDOUS atmosphere. My husband has gone to this place for over 25 years, even when they were over by Shopko. The waitress was kind, but took our drinks to refill, and then helped other people and came back about 10 minutes later with it. There was food all over the floor, all over the counters and tables. The line was so long and we waited for over 20 minutes to even be able to have our food cooked. My noodles were so overcooked they were burnt. They were almost crispy. There was also burnt food particles on the side of my bowl. My daughters shrimp were undercooked, my husbands noodles were so undercooked they were still the yellow color. The hot plate they were cooking on was so crusted over with leftover food and my husband had to ask them to clean it and they got upset about it. It was over $100 for 4 people to get a normal sized bowl and 4 drinks. Their prices have certainly gone up. When we went to leave, I had to go to the bathroom. I walked in and there was VOMIT in the SINK. I can’t tell you how disappointed my family and I were. This used to be our favorite place to go, our daughter was so excited to come again. But we won’t be back. Edited to add: the whole family got food poisoning. We definitely won’t be back and advise you don’t either.

I really enjoyed my meal at this restaurant. Back home I have Mongolian grills, so I thought I would give this one a try. I had no idea what to do at this one though, so I had to ask for help instead of being asked if I had been there before. Then all the ingredients to put in the bowl you make were not labeled so some things were obviously but not everyone might not know what the ingredients were. Maybe invest in a label maker for some people that might be not know what all the items are. Then wish the sauces had been labeled in front of them and not in some chart on the wall. Just my own opinion on that. Also had never been to a Mongolian grill that did not have a rice option, because there are only noodles here. The staff was very friendly and very kind and helpful after asking for help. The food was extremely good and I enjoyed it very much. Just a small bowl with full you up and will have enough to take one for another meal.

The previous owner did not let go of anyone because the sale of the business. It was the new owners from Vietnam that let us go, and then tried not to pay me for the week i trained them. so I don't know why they are saying the that. TOTAL LIE! And we have the receipts to show it. 🤷‍♀️ good try though. And what about all your fake 5 star reviews from people from Toronto that have never even been there. You guys are lunatics. I'd give negative stars if I could. Ballsy for someone that doesn't not own the building. Also ran into a regular customer of ours, found a maggot in her food few months ago. she did let the server know quietly, and they comped her bowl. disgusting!

For those who don't like to read , the short story is they changed owners, raised the prices and it sucks now. Most of the positive recent reviews are from fake bought accounts. Lol.

I've been going here for almost 20 years and I just went for the last time. I heard that they had changed owners which was sad because the sisters were great. I walk in to an almost empty restaurant with one patron sitting, after 4 minutes somebody finally walks out of the back and she's pleasant and seats me at a dirty table. I brush it off and think maybe they're short-handed. Within the next 10 minutes I find out that's not the case as I see five other people. So there was no reason to have dirty tables. There was no bowls out, I had to ask for it and stand there and wait for a couple more minutes.

They've changed their chicken, it's like chicken hamburger now instead of chicken shavings, but it's a frozen block. So you're digging at this ice block of chicken burger trying to put some in your bowl, all while trying to not fling it at the person across from you as your digging. They upgraded their shrimps which was cool but they're just frozen blocks. I make my sauce like usual and dude dumps half of it down the drain and it flames up, and then overcooks my meal where everything was just crispy. They kept trying to do tricks and failing and having to change their gloves.

I asked the cook like I always do to put half in a box and half in my bowl, my brother does the same, they have these weird flat boxes now but are floppy and don't hold hot food very well. We get through the meal and everybody at the table is not very stoked with what they just had, then we get the bill. $125 for four people and I'm just floored. Then I start looking at it and she overcharged us for two different items, there's three of us at the table with one to go and she charged us for six meals because we have the boxes, she didn't ask though, she just rang it up.

This place used to be my favorite little hometown spot and I'll never go again. There were dirty bowls on the railings next to the tables, nothing had been wiped down, it was just gross and the food. Pretty crappy deal.

Edit - I wrote this as I sat in the parking lot because I was frustrated by the experience, my food that I took home soaked through the box and spilled out of the bag and now my car smells like bad noodles. Absolutely idiotic to put it in...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND GO SUNDAY EVENINGS OR GO TO THE MONGOLIAN BBQ IN SPOKANE AT THE CORNER OF SPRAGUE AND SULLIVAN WORTH THE DRIVE FOR GREAT SERVICE AND FOOD.

we are locals and have been coming to this location for years. We found the best time to come was Thursday evenings or Sunday mornings thats when we got the best waitress and great cooks the food and service was spectacular every time. Any other time it was so so. Well then they closed down around Christmas or New Years of 2016.

Well they re-opened a couple months ago and the place has gone way down hill the awesome waitress now only works Sunday evenings we found out the hard way. We went in at 7:45pm Thursday evening our waitress wasn't there we decided to give it a shot anyways.

Our blonde waitress sat us at a dirty table and said she'll clean it while we get our food. We went and got our bowls and took them to the cooks. my cook dumped my food onto his grill that looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. My wife got lucky and got the young guy to cook her food. he's a great cook and actually cleans his grill (he use to work Sunday mornings too).

we got to our table our waters were there but no rice. 15 mins later the waitress was walking by our table and I had to shout out to get her attention I asked if we could get a refill on our waters and if rice still comes with the meal, she laughed and said yes just a sec. She never came back then when she brought us our check 15 mins after that I asked again. Can I get our rice and a To go box she left. 10 mins later she returned and brought our rice and to go boxes and had the nerve to try to fill our water glasses. I told her not to waste the water.

No they were not busy. They we're doing all there close up stuff while we were eating the waitress was counting money the cooks were cooking and washing down the walls and counters.

We will never eat here again! The owner should really look into getting better staff or just shut down for good.

To the the young cook and Nicky the waitress you both are AWESOME and way to good for this place we'll...

The whole experience just made us wish we'd gone to huhot where the food is 10x tastier and service is better. Our waitress was absent almost the entire time, and right towards the end of our meal finally offered refills and came back with a half full glass..like seriously? The meal options were unnecessarily complicated and they misprinted our check more than once over their lack of understanding our orders and they never clarified with us what we ordered to initially get the check correct. (if staff cannot even understand the system, it might be an indication that it's overly complicated, just saying). We felt we were being accused of getting 'all you can eat' but only paying for the small bowl, which we absolutely didn't do. One of the waitress openly said to the cook as we were waiting for our food to be cooked "we have a 13 top coming in" in a frustrated voice..we were standing right there. Unprofessional. (This was 2 hours before close on a SATURDAY night, not some large party coming in right before close). There were several signs on the buffet line, nitpicking how you were to prep your bowl before cooking. There was a lack of sauce but that's just my opinion. The bowls were worse for the wear and nothing was particularly clean. Bathroom trash was overflowing and un-kept in general. The booths are small and VERY tight and uncomfortable. I'm fairly certain one of the cooks scooped part of my sister's noodles off the scrap tray of the grill when they slipped off. Even with this mishap, the cooks were very kind and friendly! One of the wait staff was genuinely sweet, but all the others were rude and showed frustration when anything was asked of them. Really disappointed. Do better...
