The Wellness Bar - Appleway — Restaurant in Coeur d'Alene

I absolutely love their food especially their acia bowls... However, I get the large size Bowl so I can eat half of it for breakfast and then I eat the other half for lunch. It kind of justifies spending $20 as much as I order these. I try not to doordash them because then it's like $30 and you don't get the points. You can do delivery through the app and get the points but the delivery doesn't work all the time and it's definitely more expensive. But my problem is every time I go you never know whether you're going to get the acia bowl all filled up to the top or it's going to be 2/3 of the way full. I've talked to them about it and they just say they measure everything out but it is quite a difference each time. I found that the Riverstone location is usually pretty consistent on filling the containers all the way up. I would like to add a picture of the one I just got so I can show you how empty this bowl is, but it's not letting me add a picture. I went to the Appleway location today and my bowl is again 2/3 full. I'm really not a complainer but for 20 bucks fill the freaking...

I do love coming here, and my go to order is always the dragon bowl with no coconut as a preference. The locations across town including this one have put coconut on many times, but they always fix it right and it’s never been a problem. Today however after waiting about 10 minutes at the window, the bowl had coconut on it, and then when I mentioned the coconut they fixed it, but the new one came out in just a minute. I thought it was a little odd so I looked closer, and they didn’t remake it, just did a poor job of picking the coconut off the top. I hate nitpicking but I just really hate coconut, and when the standard has been to remake the old one if it gets messed up this...

Well my one star is for service, the girl was so rude and just didn't seem like she wanted to be there. I did not see a tag with name on it. No eye contact, no greeting literally stood there staring at her register. Once I realized she wasn't greeting in any way I made my order. Then I also asked for extra granola on the side and she charged me $5 for literally nothing. I was shocked at the amount I received after paying 5 extra dollars for a small container that had barely anything in it. So disappointed in this service and the amount charged is absolutely ridiculous. Management needs to fix the problem, but every time I've called no managers...
