Edit: maybe staff got changed around because things seem better now but still gonna keep my old review up. Nothing like the closing employees on July 10th ignoring a dozen drive thru guests, or would be guests, for 10+ minutes and waiting until just after 10 to turn on the headsets and say 'sorry, we're closed' and then ignore anything said to them after that. Watching a couple guests just pull away from the second drive thru window after trying to get the girls attention and she walked away. I was five cars in and could hear the first car trying to get the workers attention, I know you can hear through those windows on the inside of the restaurant and with it being the end of the night, you couldn't not hear it from the inside. The day was almost over, to blatantly ignore multiple guests just because you, as the employee, has a bad attitude is a terrible look for the company, and that would apply to any company bc employees represent the company. Robert from Post Falls would be horrified to hear of this back in the day if this happened when he ran that store, I wonder if Randy would like to hear about it as well. Location specific: The service is about average here, nothing special, but no issues either. Always helpful & respectful. The food here is about average as well relative to other Wendy's locations. The location on Canfield seems to have slightly better quality food, but that is not always the case, and it could also be a result of me often times going to the Canfield location later at night, or mid-afternoon, when they are not very busy. Facilities are about average as well for this area. No Issues there.
Wendy's as a whole: Amazing prices, great food, and an amazing rewards program through their app. By far the best bang for your buck fast food place you can find. Definitely get the app, use the deals, if you like Frostys, get a Frosty Tag (gets you a free Jr Frosty for each tag you have with each purchase), and upgrade fries & drink to a large on combo meals if you're hungry, because it's very affordable. Read moreNormally, I don't care about the "quality" of the fast food I'm putting into my body. It's all pretty much void of nutrition benefits so to scrutinize the quality seems moot. And yet, here I am. I've deliberately found the garbage can I bought the 6 hour old fries from to review so I can feel some form of validation or justice. Lord knows I won't call to talk to the window-licking mouth-breathers. I'll feel bad for them having to talk to a fresh fry-deprived consumer like myself.
