Ordered a Biggie Bag, double stack at Wendys, 202 E Appleway Ave, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814

I requested it be made fresh as that's what they advertise.

It wasn't made fresh, meat was previously cooked, cuz it came up instantly.

It was remade and heavily salted, now intentionally trying to poison me.

I'm speaking to the owner, and considering a lawsuit for False Advertising and Intentional poisoning.

Mathew was on grill. Trevor was manager on duty.

Trevor did nothing to rectify the situation. No remake, no refund.

Spoke with Wenspok Companies, Kate Roy, at 9503 E Montgomery, Spokane Valley, WA 99206, who receives lawsuit information, and my attorney will be filing the lawsuit with that office. Wenspok owns 67 stores in the area. The reviews in CdA Wendy stores...

Got a couple of frosty keychains, they’re advertised that you can go in anytime and get a free mini frosty.. I had 2 in my hand and the very snappy order taker nearly refused to accept the fact I came to redeem the keychain. Once arriving to the window, I waited a minute at the window, looked in to see an older heavyset blonde woman was the one to take the order, the door flew open, she gave one of 2 and I heard her say, “have a great day” as she slammed the sliding door closed and turned her back. The other older lady laughed as she was watching the whole thing and dropping food into the bag for the next customer. Morale of the story.. The friendly kid that sells the keychains didn’t disclose how rude they would be when one came in to redeem...

At 9:30 they’re not open in the lobby or even other son says nine takes five minutes friend unlock the door during the pouring rain come you’re stuck in and we enter the lobby or welcomed by eight pan full of raw bacon on the counter just laying there by the cash register really tells you how fast food. We didn’t witness an employee get yelled at opening the gate 30 minutes after they’re scheduled to be open because they were not ready even though they’re signed contradicts that now now I am no expert the door should be open.and we are now being told to exit the lobby. Once we ordered our food we waited five minutes to receive our receipt to find out they got the order wrong if you come here don’t come...
