Pros: The cookies are very moist and flavorful. Tasty! The building is clean

Cons (and the reason for 2 stars) Wonky sales system. You order on a tablet by yourself. This is really pretty straight forward, except it has things that aren't actually available. For out of stock items (see below) if you were ordering with a person, they'd be able to say "oh we don't actually have that" but the system itself apparently isn't able to do that. Also, there is a "misc" section that has free cookies you can add to your cart. I tried ordering one because it was available to me, but the employee explained that those are meant for the staff to "gift" to customers. IT shouldn't be on the menu if it isn't actually available to get. Limited selection. They had just 6 cookies to pick from. Out of stock/poor stock tracking. My group of 4 was there late at night, sure, but they weren't closing still for about 45-50 minutes. All of us tried to order sugar cookies, and only one of my friends got them, even though everybody was able to pay for the cookies. They were out of a second kind that one of my friends tried to order, too. If they're going to allow people to place the order themselves, there should something to prevent people from ordering out of stock items. Handling of out of stock.. they went around to everyone asking what they wanted in place of the out of stock cookies, which is fine, but when I said I didn't want to replace them and just wanted a refund (considering the box I had ordered was going to be half sugar cookies), the young girls seemed very irritated. Maybe if they weren't down to just 4 flavors I would've kept it. Order of sales preparation This goes back to the out of stock cookies and my group of 4. My friend who was first to place her order wanted 1 sugar cookie. My friend who was second to place her order wanted 2 sugar cookies, and ultimately got both of the last two EVEN THOUGH she didn't order first. Pricing... expensive. If you order 1, it's $4/each. If you order 4, they are $3 each. I think at the $3/each mark is good, but $4 for just one of these cookies...

It sucks to leave a review like this only due to a couple of bad employees that work at this location. Normally when we come here it’s a great experience and the cookies are delicious but tonight we came thru the drive thru at 9:35. No one was answering thru the intercom after 5 minutes or so and a car had pulled up behind us so we pulled up to the window instead hoping to get their attention. When we pulled up to the window I made eye contact with the girl working and 2 minutes later my boyfriend also made eye contact with her and watched her say something to the other worker. After waiting for a while hoping they’d come to the window I decided to get out and walk in. I walked in and asked if they could help us thru the drive thru and she told us “our drive thru was closed” and I responded and said “maybe you could have just opened the window and let us know that” she said “we didnt see you” and I said “I made eye contact with you” and she responded and said “no we didnt, anyways, what do you want.” I’d love to keep coming here and supporting this buisness but maybe not when someone like that is working. I guess making us sit there after they saw us at the window and not just simply saying hey our drive thru is closed was where my frustration mostly came from but also for her to say “anyways what do you want.” I don’t get why it would be so hard to just open the window and let us know to come inside. I won’t be coming back when she is working...

Yes, they're gourmet cookies. Yes, I like sweet desserts and I particularly like Cookies I went through the drive thru and Service was Friendly and Efficient even though it was busy. The ONE time I ordered was online , So I cannot speak to walk in ordering. I purchased a large box of assorted cookies quantity 2 each of 6 which is all the types they offer. I purchased for a "Get together" . I myself tried my favorite type which was their version of a Sugar Cookie and my first bite was SO OVERLY SWEET I couldn't and didn't want another bite. I am known for my sensitive sense of smell and taste, so I put the remainder of Cookies including the second Sugar Cookie on a dessert platter with a cover. As the party progressed I was getting the EXACT same reaction from every one of my friends!?!?! I was hoping that it was just the Sugar Cookie but unfortunately it was all!!! Myself and Close friends are between 35-50 years old. I REALLY wanted to like not only the business but the idea of Gourmet Cookies. I gave them 2 stars because I like the idea but hope they actually make some cookies that are not so sweet. I won't promote another business by name but there's a new delicious high end bakery in Hayden in the Super 1 Foods lot that I go to on a regular basis. Good luck Crumbl, I will try again at some point but next time I will ask what they recommend as their least...

Saw that there were a couple cars in the drive-thru so thought I'd try it. Upon seeing the menu, nothing really appealed but thought perhaps I'm missing something, so I ordered the milk chocolate chip. First off, over $4.00 for ONE cookie is ridiculous but, again, thought this must be a darn good cookie. Took it home to share and all three of us agreed that this was a very mediocre cookie, especially given the price. MILK chocolate chips made this an extremely sweet cookie. Cookie was good size and thick. Crispy edges, doughy interior. Except for very sweet, this cookie was bland. The only high note being that of the chocolate chips which were extremely sweet. Perhaps I just didn't pick one of their better flavors, but chocolate chip is pretty universal, so it should be the first flavor they perfect. Not so. And for the cost, you could find better in your local grocery store bakery. Very disappointing.

Oh my goodness, you can't just choose one cookie. They are all amazing and delicious. You need to try all of them. They have different cookies everyday. The cookies that are always the same are the chocolate chip and the sugar cookie with pink frosting. The texture is perfect and thick. You feel like you actually have a good bite everytime. You won't want to share. Simple to order. They have computers to quickly order on and then they just call your name when it's boxed up. Drive thru available at this location as well. Those who work there are super helpful and friendly. Quick and easy to get what you want. But hopefully they don't sell it to fast for the one you want. It's a busy place. Check them out

The lemon cookie was phenomenal, the frosting was so flavorful and tasted like a lemon bar. The pink velvet was okay. My boyfriend didn't like it and doesn't ever want to go back that's why I docked a star. Another reason for the docked star is personally I don't like the atmosphere of the store. It's very mechanical and impersonal, like an upscale McDonalds. I would like it much more if it was more like a typical bakery: inviting, friendly, warm, good smells. It didn't have any of that: it was cold, icy, smell-less. They get your order out quick which I liked. I would go back for the yummy, filling cookies, but not because I want to go inside.
