Florio's Grill and Tavern — Restaurant in Cohasset

We were excited to return but when we arrived we stated we had reservations and had reserved the prime,, ribs. No one had noted the reservation so they quickly tried to find a table. Our waitress came over after 15minutes and asked what we wanted to drink, she did not bring menus or silverware. Returned with two drinks, then another wait for the other two. We ordered our entrees. Our salads and soup only came after we requested them after 20 minutes. Then she only brought the salads no soup. My husband had to get up and request his soup! Of course no one had silverware so we had to track her down and request silverware. Then the entrees came slowly, one by one… au jus was bland like it had been watered down and was cool. Requested horseradish sauce, they had none so requested horseradish. She came back with enough for one bite… then told us they ran out of that.

She never came back to see if we wanted another drink nor if we even wanted water. We had to clear our salad dishes by placing on the table behind us..

They seemed to have plenty of help but no coordination of who was to do what! This causing mass chaos!

Hash browns were great but not worth the frustration! What was expected to be a nice dinner turned out yo be a huge...

Nice local family restaurant & bar. Menu is standard fare for small Minnesota town. We were disappointed on two fronts: food was served without a napkin or utensils (forks, spoons , knives). We had to ask for them while our food was cooling... in addition, it was difficult to get service bc the waitstaff was spending their time conversing with other locals. These issues could easily be corrected: when food is ordered, utensils, condiments, and napkins should be placed in front of the customer. Waitstaff should ALWAYS make eye contact with...

Not kid friendly at all. I came in with a 9 month old and was never asked if i needed a high chair. My older son ordered a kids meal that comes with a drink for free but because he ordered a kiddie cocktail, which is sprite with a splash of grenadine, I got charged 2.75 for a drink... which would pay for the entire bottle of grenadine. The waitress was absolutely rude when I asked about it. The food was amazing, but I will never come back because they try to get any extra money from you that they can. Shame on you for trying to rip...
