Very rude employee. I requested to change my one item while I was still at the back ordering screen. I was ignored. I waited for some time before a women came on the screen. She was rude and interrupted me each time I tried to answer her until I finally pulled up to the front window. Had I known it would have upset her so much, I would have just added an item vs changing the item. She could not understand my request for a different advertising flavor. How could she while yelling at me plus lying about the fact that nothing was made. The one blizzard was melting over the cup. She did NOT do a upside down tip with that blizzard. She did a half tip with the other one blizzard. The blizzards would not pass the upside down test. There was also no common sense. How could she think 1 person could carry three items while driving? The order should have been presented with a carrying tray. Asking for the tray set off her āunder her breathā mumbling. She pushed that tray at me as fast and hard as she could and turned around. She didnāt respond when I thanked her for my items. I understand why they are having a hard time finding employees, if you treat customers this way, the employee treatment can not be any better. To be fare, by the end I became firm and no longer backed down to her belittling behavior. Please donāt respond with the repeated same old response which means nothing when they seem to be copy and pasted. Each concern has taken their time to share their experience only to help your establishment improve. Itās obvious there is a problem that isnāt being heard. I regret my past gift certificates I purchased as I do not support nor pay to be treated poorly. Why would anyone support a restaurant which is slow, poor food, & unacceptable customer service? This is an opportunity to re-train your employees specially the rude manager. Customers are job security plus the owners livelihood. A&W is just down the road on hwy 23 with plenty of employees, hot fast food, and positive customer service. Iām not returning for rude service, dripping (melting over the lip of the lid) blizzards, nor pay for someone to disrespect me. I will, although give the restaurant another chance AFTER they correct there issues and Iām āGUARANTEEDā respectful service with decent food. Only then can I change my review. When i went to pick up the cake it had blue frosting all around it. This was not what i had ordered and matched nothing on the top of the cake! I asked the guy working if he could scrape off the blue and change the accent color to pink as I had ordered. He seemed very frustrated with me but did agree that they could change it. When i picked up the cake the next day, it had pink frosting. However, they had very clearly cut the top of the cake off (quite unevenly) in an attempt to fix it. So i now had a lopsided cake that was much thinner then it what it should be. I decided not to say anything further as I had no time to find another cake. As I was paying the person checking me out ( i believe shes the manager?) then started yelling at me that i needed to be more clear next time when ordering. Ā Ā Ā Read moreDrive-thru speaker was very hard to hear, and the women sounded rude right from the start. Once we pulled up a bit, we could see 3 teenaged people running the drive thru. One seemed to be helping the other with a register issue, but were mostly laughing and chatting with the other boy that was handing people their food. They appeared to know the car in front of us, and took a really long time to hand off 3 cones. Once we pulled up to the window, we received 3 very milky blizzards (no upside down test). My husband's was so bad it immediately dripped all over his lap and the steering wheel, so he asked to have them remake it. As we waited, he noted that there appeared to be water, or melted ice cream all over the floor inside and it looked really dirty in general.
