After getting gas at the Exxon station across the street, I order a Tuna sub on the app and figured by the time I got there and washed my hands, my sub would getting prepared. All of that lined up perfectly. I told my server I would tell her the condiments she’d once I was there. I started with spinach, I always start with spinach 😂. I saw there was a lot of wilted leaves at the top of the pile. That lady grabbed a handful of spinach and put it on my sub indiscriminately and was ready to proceed to her next item. I HAD TO TELL HER I DIDNT WANT THE WILTED LEAVES!!! 🤦🏾♂️ Some of y’all may not care, but that totally shook my faith in Subway workers. My most recent experience today though was worse. Along with being out of stock of some bread and vegetables, they got one of my orders wrong which I didn't realize until I got home. And even after going back with my uneaten sandwich and my receipt, the young man behind the counter told me that I didn't order the one I said I did, and had a huge attitude while remaking the sandwich. My husband and I were driving from Memphis to baton rouge, Louisiana for my daughter's graduation and we stopped to get Subway at this particular Subway in Coldwater, Mississippi and drove up parked at the store says it's opened. However the door was locked. The lady signaled us to walk up to the drive-thru which why we wanted to go in and eat our sandwich. But hey you lost money.
