Subway — Restaurant in Coldwater

Showed up to pick up a door dash order...was told I had the wrong subway (even though the instructions were specific to this shopping plaza. So I called the customer that was waiting for her food, and she confirmed I had the correct subway. Went back into the establishment only to be told again that I had made a mistake. I asked if they would check their system to confirm again and low and behold there's the order. So sad how customer service has gone so south. I'll never come to this subway again. The whole ordeal took 35 minutes just to basically talk the subway workers into DOING THEIR...

Would rate this higher as Subway is usually decent but for whatever reason this location seems to close whenever they feel like closing you know even though they're supposed to be open until 9:30 but you know I guess if they want to go home at 8:30 or 8:42 or whatever it's up to them. Maybe they should change their listed hours on the website and even on their door because it's kind of frustrating when you go there and as you're walking up the lights shut off and you go to pull open the door and it's already locked and they're supposed to be open for...

Disgusting. I went there last Thursday to get a vegetarian sub. The woman there had scabs all up her arms, and when she was making my sandwich, used a dirty knife covered in meat and milk. I'm not one to complain, really, I'm not, but that was disgusting. She didn't change her gloves when she made my sandwich, and the ladies there were overall inhospitable.

I'd much rather have stoned teenagers making my food, than meth addicts... Needless to say, I'm not...
