Dunkin' — Restaurant in Colebrook

I ordered thru the app this morning and had a friend pick it up for me. It was wrong from the looks of it when she brought it in though the sticker on the side was correct. I think mocha was added instead of caramel or maybe a turbo shot? Anyway, I spoke with Shelly on the phone who was very nice and told me to bring it back. When I got there an Angel or Angela helped me and proceeded to lecture me on ordering less ice and getting more milk and that is not how it is supposed to be ordered or made. I actually had a gastric bypass some years ago and it takes me most of the day to drink it (I didn't feel that I had to share this but...?) I hate when all that ice melts and it tastes like milky water. I did not appreciate the lecture, they way she was looking at me and being degraded in front of another customer who looked at me like he couldn't believe I was being lectured either. The Colebrook Dunkin is literally THE ONLY Dunkin around for miles. It is really unfortunate that you have to deal with this type of degradation when you go in here. It is not the first time and I am certain it will not be the last. So, so disappointed. Went to dunkin at 5pm on 9/2 walked up was denied service went to walk up to door and lady ran to lock the door and said can I help you told me to go through drive thru. Ordered one medium coffee Carmel swirl cream only and a medium hot latte with one butter pecan and a donut. Latte was wrong with pumpkin then made a hot coffee with pumpkin spice? The manager Marilyn is the best she is so nice and always remembers everyone's drinks and her employees are always saying how great she is. If she cannot do something for a customer there is a reason, and it is usually because it is against the rules for corporate. But if it can be done she will try her hardest to accomodate you. Her employees are great to, you can tell they know their regulars and will try their best to give you the best service there is. 10/10 recommend...
