What a horrible experience! It took 45+ minutes to get through the drive-thru. As you know once you have people behind and in front of you your stuck. When we finally got to order I had to repeat my order several times. The girl working the drive-thru was having constant complications. I had 4 orders my wife,son,daughter and myself. I slowly gave her each order all were simple. Mine was the Buttery Bacon Swiss with Curly Fries and a Dr.Pepper Wife wanted a plain Double Cheeseburger with Regular Fries and Orange Fanta Son wanted a Double Bacon Cheeseburger with No Mayo and Curly Fries and Dr.Pepper Daughter wanted a Chicken Tender meal with Curly Fries and Dr.Pepper I started with the 1st order and when I was done she said please pull around I'll have your amount. I politely said I have 3 more orders. She said please wait. We had already been waiting 30+ minutes before we got to the order box and then had to wait still. She came back and asked what was your order ? I gave her my order again the Bacon Swiss Buttery Jack and she said please pull around I'll have your total at the window. I said again ma'am I have additional orders. I got the 1st order in and then gave her the second and she said please pull around I'll have your total at the window. I said ma'am I have additional orders. This went on with each order. When we finally reached the window it was another 15+ minute wait. I have never waited so long in a drive-thru we was thinking what is going on. We got our food and checked it and it was wrong. The Cheeseburgers were the only thing right. The Bacon Buttery Jack had lettuce and tomato and barely any sauce. I didn't ask for lettuce or tomatoes and it doesn't come with them. All the burgers were over cooked and dry. We got no Curly fries. When I asked for Ketchup she gave me Taco Sauce 2×. The workers looked as if they were high and they was running around trying to figure orders out it was chaos inside. Then some girl from outside was let in although the lobby was closed. She was standing there laughing. I explained our order was partially wrong and she kept giving me more burgers that wasn't made right. I told her and she said keep them. We finally said the heck with it and left. Read moreThis restaurant was the worst. I placed my order Friday evening at 6:38pm, then was asked to pull forward as my whole order was not ready. At 7:25pm the attendant brought our food to us. While checking our food, everyone in my car complained that there food was cold. Frustrated already that our order took nearly an hour, we drove back through the drive thru and asked to speak to the manager about our problem.
This is where it really got bad for us. As I told the first person at the window, she turned around and grabbed another associate who after explaining again what happened, then grabbed the manager who I had to tell again. Not one of them afforded an apology, or took control of my problem. They all turned there backs on me and left me waiting at the window. Perplexed, I knocked on the window and asked what was going on. She just looked at me, and I decided to ask for a refund. As the manager handed cash back for a credit card purchase, not one employee at this Jack in the Box offered an apology. Is it wrong of me to expect my food hot after 45minutes? I drove off apologizing for my inconvenience to them.
The lack of ownership and leadership at this establishment has motivated me to write about my families experience. No one should have to wait that long to receive cold food. Then treated as it was my fault when speaking up for our family.

What is sad about this review is you would think I would learn my lesson. The first time I went to this location it was a horribly slow experience. Another time I showed up early in the morning and was told "we are short staffed so unable to take orders." This time I went late night and was told a list of what they were out of and asked if I still wanted anything. I proceeded to place an order. During my long wait at the window (only 1 other car in drive thru so no reason to be so slow) I noticed extensive filth on the interior. The lobby was closed however, the tables were loaded with soda cups. The fry area had do much grease caked on it and in the center an area that looked like someone had scratched a good layer off down to clean metal...yuck. The floor looked like it hadn't been swapped or mopped in a long time. Finally every experience there is lacking in the customer service.
