The store and restaurant are super clean and organized. I decided to get breakfast while I was there. They serve instant coffee and give you a hot cup of water to make it. Even though they do it that way, the coffee , cream and sugar measurements made it delicious & perfect!! The restaurant custom make orders. I ordered a breakfast plate (ham & eggs a la mexicana) and they modified it to my request with no questions asked. The salsa verde was super fresh with just the right heat. The serving was more than enough for 2 people. As I was eating, they must have had about 20 walk up to go orders in the 30 min time frame. Even with current dine in restrictions, it was obvious the loyal customer base is there. The food is very authentic, like taking my wife and freinds here. Been here several times. I came here after a year to eat due to missing authentic cuisine, was overcharged on the street tacos. Charged a automatic tip for a party of two. The food is good, but those restaurant is doing shady practices on the bill. They have the tacos for 3 for 2.50, but since they added hone made tortillas which is nothing impressive, they Charged 3.50 per taco which is very high for a street taco. The sopas are all at 1 price, but they Charged me different prices for each one. These sopas are very delicious, but very shady business practices.
