Arctic Circle — Restaurant in Colorado City

The store was open (occured at 10:05am 3-7-23) I went to the drive-thru not a single person in line ahead of me. I waited for 10 minutes at the ordering menu, no answer despite me several times saying hello. So I drive up to the window, I see a person in there... they see me. So I turned around to go to the ordering menu again and I sit there again for another 10+ minutes with no response. Drove through again to the window, no one was to be seen at first through the window, just as I was driving away for the second time someone walked in. 30 minutes of my day wasted, my little kids were excited and hungry, they didn't even get any food or or us any service 🤬 I try not to throw shade but I hate being disserviced by the same place more than once. I have been here several times with very terrible customer service. Please step up your game, this...

I was absolutely disappointed in he food and service. We went through the drive thru the only people there and had to wait 30 mins. Our order consisted of .. 5pc chicken ring, what I was given ,2 cold soggy chicken rings and 3 very small half dollar sized left over grease trap bricks (not edible)… Shrimp & fry’s, what we got , ice cold fries soggy cold shrimp. (Not edible) 3 black angus combo, what we got, a patty that was so old and dried out it was white the lettuce on it was nearly rotten.. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but the only thing that was decent was the customer service at the window. The food we were given was / should not have ever been given for consumption. Arctic Circle here in town has consistently let me down. The staff often seems distracted and unfocused, leading to long waits and frequent mistakes with orders. If you make any special requests, expect them to be wrong more often than not. The food takes an unusually long time to arrive, and when it finally does, it's rarely what I ordered. It's frustrating to have such poor service and accuracy, especially when you're just looking for a quick bite. Unfortunately, I can't recommend...
